Our trip planner, Ms. Chloe Tran was the key to our wonderful visit to Vietnam and Laos. Not only did she plan a wonderful tour for us, but she was very accommodating when we made changes and added my cousin to part of our Laos tour. She was always available within minutes when we goofed up and answered quickly when we called for help, no matter what time of day or night. The hotels, excursions and guides she chose were educational, enjoyable and entertaining, plus the whole trip was very well priced. We could not be happier and are very grateful to Chloe and her team for looking after us so well.
