As we expand our presence in North America and Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and passionate Inbound Travel Agent Sales (B2B) Manager to drive our global growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in strengthening our position as a premier DMC for bespoke travel in Asia.

The Inbound Travel Agent Sales (B2B) Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with international travel agencies and tour operators. This role requires a results-driven professional with a strong network in the travel industry and a deep passion for showcasing the best in Asia.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand Asia Pioneer Travel & DMC’s reach in North America, Europe, and other English-speaking markets.
- Proactively identify and approach travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia that align with our bespoke travel services.
- Negotiate B2B contracts, pricing models, and commission structures to maximize revenue while ensuring competitive pricing.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to establish strong brand visibility.
- Prepare tariffs, sales kits, and marketing collateral to support B2B partners and maximize trade show impact.
- Build annual sales strategies to acquire and retain long-term B2B partnerships, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
2. Relationship & Account Management
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to travel agents, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to sell our bespoke tours effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners, offering expert guidance and swift problem resolution.
- Organize and lead Familiarization (FAM) trips for key B2B partners to experience our destinations firsthand, strengthening their confidence in selling our products.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze client needs, and implement tailored strategies to boost partner success.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the luxury inbound travel sector.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance our product offerings, pricing strategies, and service delivery.
- Leverage data-driven decision-making to refine and optimize the B2B sales approach.
- Work with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, exclusive deals, and digital promotions tailored for travel agents and tour operators.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a professional, high-performing, and profitable B2B sales team to drive long-term growth.
- Develop training programs and best practices to enhance team performance and industry expertise.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture focused on achieving excellence in B2B sales and client relations.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with the operations and other teams to ensure seamless execution of tailor-made travel experiences.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, digital content, and promotional initiatives for B2B clients.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction for our travel partners.
- Oversee the planning and execution of travel trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new business opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in inbound travel sales, preferably in B2B luxury or bespoke tourism. Experience in the same position is a great access!
- Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of Vienam and Asian destinations and experience working with international travel agencies.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and drive rev
- enue growth in B2B markets.
- Leadership Experience: Prior experience building and managing a successful sales team is highly preferred.
- Communication & Networking: Exceptional English communication skills (spoken & written); additional languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.) are a plus.
- Tech & Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online sales platforms.
- Cultural Awareness: Passion for Asian culture, history, and unique travel experiences.
- Adaptability & Drive: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Travel Enthusiast: Willingness to travel for trade shows, partner visits, and market development.
