[Hiring] Graphic & UI/UX Designer
Asia Pioneer Travel Co., ltd is a professional inbound tour operator who offers premium personalized tours through Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Indonesia, Nepal, and other parts of Asia.
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team and help communicating our vision through impactful-engaging visuals across our suite of brands.
For this role, you’ll collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop user-centered designs that enhance our brand presence and connect with audiences across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have an educational background and experience in graphic design or a related field. Knowledge of the inbound Travel, Tourism, and Tours market is a plus.
DUTIES
- Create high-quality visual assets for digital media, including social media graphics, video clips, websites, banners, email templates, digital ads, and various print collateral.
Create beautiful web pages and experiences that delight users and achieve business goals.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
Design wireframes and pixel perfect hifi designs to meet business needs balancing UX, SEO, CRO and other business goals.
Proactively speak with users directly and via surveys and other tools to understand evolving needs and suggest future changes and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life and maintain alignment with the company’s brand identity.
- Assist in evolving and maintaining the company’s visual guidelines to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
- Support marketing campaigns with compelling graphics, infographics, and illustrations.
- Resize and adapt design assets for various platforms, optimizing them for web performance.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and digital experiences.
- Manage multiple projects under pressure and meet tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on time.
- Stay updated on design and travel industry trends to bring relevant, new ideas to the team.
- Make refinements to designs based on feedback, ensuring polished deliverables within project timelines.
- Creative Ideation: Contribute fresh ideas for branding, marketing materials, and user experience improvements, helping the team stay ahead of industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree in Web/Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and UX/UI design principles.
- Basic understanding and familiarity of basic front-end languages HTML & CSS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work, including social media graphics, infographics, and branded marketing assets.
- Upper intermediate in English, with the ability to create bilingual materials as needed.
- Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset, capable of taking constructive feedback and iterating as needed.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
