The Loyalty Program is designed to reward customers who have trusted us and come back to book a tour again. With flexible incentives, customers can receive discounts or e-vouchers based on the value of their booking:
- Book a tour worth $1,000 and receive a $50 discount.
- Book a tour worth $2,000 and receive a $100 discount.
- Book a tour worth $3,500 and receive a $150 discount.
- Book a tour worth $5,000 and receive a $200 discount.
Referral Program
The Referral Program allows current customers to earn Amazon e-gift cards when they refer friends and family who book tours at Asia Pioneer Travel. The referred traveler also receives a discount:
- For bookings valued from $2,000, the referrer gets a $50 Amazon e-gift card, and the referred traveler receives a $100 discount.
- For bookings valued from $3,500, the referrer gets a $100 Amazon e-gift card, and the referred traveler receives a $150 discount.
- For bookings valued from $5,000, the referrer gets a $150 Amazon e-gift card, and the referred traveler receives a $200 discount.
The referrer must be an existing customer, and the referred traveler must be new. Rewards apply only after the tour is completed.

Travel Ambassador Program is a unique opportunity to share your love for travel while enjoying exclusive benefits.
If you can gather a group of 10 people or more for one of our expertly crafted tours, you will receive our Free of Charge (FOC) services as a token of appreciation. This includes all the exceptional features and personalized experiences that Asia Pioneer Travel is renowned for.

- A qualified group under this program means one or more friends you invited confirm to book a tour of 6 days or longer with us.
- If the referrer and the new guest travel in the same group, the referral is not considered qualified.
- One qualified referral is for each referred guest only. Additional/repeat bookings made by a referred guest are not considered additional qualified referrals.
- The new guest and the referrer cannot be the same person or travel together.
- Asia Pioneer Travel retains the right to reject any request from a repeat guest, a referrer, or a referred new guest if he/she attempts to use APT’s Loyalty & Referral Programs in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
- Asia Pioneer Travel reserves the right to cancel the Loyalty & Referral Programs or to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. At that time, any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited.
