Dear Lam,
Tour arrangements were great. Changes to the itinerary to meet our requirements done very promptly. Guides & drivers were excellent.

When personalizing and adapting tours need to take into account the ages of guests. We advised of our ages (58 to 87yrs) but some activities were a bit strenuous – more detail on the physical requirements needed on daily trips. All guides/drivers were very helpful getting in and out of transport.

Halong Bay cruise we had several conflicting messages re luggage arrangements. We were unsure if we were taking all our luggage or if suitcase was in storage. The cabin was able to fit all our suitcases.

GUIDES:
the tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They were flexible and were happy to incorporate any changes we requested to the daily program . we enjoyed their company and they made our holiday enjoyable .

Were very good, great to be given cool water and refresher towelette.

Our favorite guide: Mr Nam in Hoi An

HOTELS
Were excellent (except airport) great variety and value. Excellent service, location, staff, cleanliness.
Our favorite Hotel:  Boutique Hoi An Resort
