We had a really wonderful time in Vietnam and Cambodia!

Hi Ruby,
I’m sorry it took me so long to write you back. I just have been busy since we arrived home.
We had a really wonderful time in Vietnam and Cambodia! I think the organization of the trip, the itinerary, the hotels, and the driver pick-ups where excellent. You and your company exceeded our expectations in many ways!

The one area where I see a need for improvement is in the accents of the guides. It is so nice to have local guides who really know the area and culture, however, it was often so difficult for us to understand them. I could tell they really knew English but it was a challenge to discern the accent. Some of them where really great though like Tam, in Hanoi, and Linh in Ho CHi Minh!

It was really nice to meet you in Hanoi. It was great to see face to face the person who had been helping us with our trip for so many months.

All-in-all in was a wonderful trip and you made it so easy for us to just enjoy our time there and learn about your country.
