As a former travel agent i have organized many tours and holidays. The level of service of Asia Pioneer far exceeded my expectations. Everything was arranged and worked well, nice and easy. My only comment is to you the client. As it is a private tour, we wished we had arranged a few more free days along the way, it was a very busy 15 days and we should’ve stretched it out a bit to slow the pace down. Would definitely recommend Asia Pioneer and would use them again.

My husband and I are regular international travellers and we cannot rate this company highly enough. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They organised a faultlessly planned week long tour for us of Hanoi, Halong Bay and Hoi An. Everything we did was interesting and well-executed, but most importantly, when we got to the airport I realised I had left my iPhone at a pharmacy en route. With supreme efficiency they organised for our taxi driver to pick it up and return it to us at the airport. Outstanding service and incredible value for money.

Our 28day Private Tour of Vietnam & Cambodia with Asia Pioneer was for 3 couples, all being 70 yr old seniors. We cannot speak highly enough of Lam at Asia Pioneer Travel. With our travel plans, dates & with his suggested excursions, Lam organised it perfectly, never missing a beat. Our private vehicles, the fantastic English speaking Guides & the Drivers provided us service beyond our expectations.. I found Asia Pioneer and chose them among other companies because of their great reviews on social media and the quick and reliable correspondence we received on our inquiries by our tour representative Mr. Lam. I started planning our vacation about a year before we left and he worked hard, was patient, and provided meaningful advise as we planned and put together a wonderful private tour. Mr. Lam put together a comprehensive proposal that included Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar. The 22-day itinerary we decided on was inclusive of many of the historical/archeological, cultural, and ethnic areas of these countries. This was our first time visiting these countries and the sights more than met our expectations. As far as the personnel, the guides were all very knowledgeable, and accommodating. In their own way, each made us feel comfortable and safe during our tours, as well as, making the day fun. We enjoyed being with all of them and we made good memories together. The drivers were all courteous, safe, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. The entire trip went without any hitches, the guides were prompt and for the most part, except when we agreed, followed the planned itinerary. Asia Pioneer partnered with another agency, Myanmar Shalom for the portion of the trip in Myanmar. I can say the same for them, they also provided exceptional services. Our trip was challenging and very active and we would had not been able to do what we accomplished without having experienced guides. They were on top of every detail of the day and made sure that things went well. Kudos to your field staff Mr. Lam, they picked up where you left off. I already made a referral your way and will not hesitate to do so again. I highly recommendation your services to all who read this feedback.
