Working with Annie, our travel designer/manager at Asia Pioneer Travel was an exceptional experience and all this provided a terrific experience for our first trip to Vietnam. Sure, I could have planned everything on my own but having Annie help with every little detail at every step of the way- spectacular stays, terrific food choices, experiences was an irreplaceable experience and I’m not going back to doing things on my own. She was lighting fast to our ALL our needs and made us feel special. This was truly a luxury and many thanks to her for that. Thank you Annie and Asia Pioneer!

We had a fantastic time in Vietnam. Cherry was our travel agent and she was beyond incredible. Always available and responded within minutes no matter how late it was. She made us feel comfortable and helped us plan the most incredible trip we could have ever imagined. My girlfriend and I have been saying we wish Cherry could be our travel agent for every trip we take!! Couldn’t recommend her more.

CHLOE!!! what can I say but OUTSTANDING!! We were a group of four – husband/wife and one male and one female friend. We did a bike tour in Vietnam with Grasshopper tours just before a three week trip to Las, Thailand and Cambodia. The bike tour was all planned for us and really great but Asia Pioneer CHLOE was just a dream find. We had contacted another travel company at the same time as we did Chloe. We had all done separate research into all of the countries that we wanted to visit and were a but overwhelmed with all the logistics of travel and accommodations and tours. I submitted our proposed itinerary to =Chloe and the other tour company. The other company tried pretty hard to change our minds about a couple of places that we wanted to visit. Chloe never did. She really listened to what we wanted to do and se – a bit off the beaten path for most people – but she made it work! I would need a rating higher than 5 stars for her. She even took the time to meet us in Vietnam while we were there. Such a delight and it was so wonderful to learn about ‘real life’ in vietnam for she and her family. Looking for the perfect planner? One who listens to what YOU really want to do and not just the same – already done/already planned/ cookie cutter tour CHLOE with Asia Pioneer is your guide!!

We are having the best time on our Vietnam trip! At first I was a bit worried about organising a whole trip with a person in another country and only talking via email and WhatsAp but I can not fault the service that Asia Pioneer Travel have provided. Annie has been fantastic the whole way through! From talking to us about what we wanted to do and see and what type of accommodation we liked and budget. She tailor made our tripnto suit us and it has been faultless. All the tour guides have been very good at communicating pick up times and Annie has been checking in with us the whole time making sure everything runs smoothly. I can’t thank Annie enough for all her hard work to make our trip memorable!! Highly recommend!!
