We contacted Asia Pioneer Travel earlier this year to arrange a tour for us through Vietnam. We specified places that we would like to see, and the type of accommodation that we would like to stay in. We had personal dealings with Adam, and throughout the process he was always available to answer our questions on what’s app, although we have a time difference of 5 hours. He promptly sent us an itinerary as well as a quote. We had a few changes that we wanted, and they were made without any delay. Adam arranged for our E visas to visit Vietnam as well as every aspect of our vacation.

We visited Vietnam for 16 days, and every excursion was delivered as promised, drivers were always on time and the day before made contact to conform the arrangements for the next day.

We were so impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and friendliness of this travel agency and I can with an open mind and honesty recommend this company for all your travel arrangements to Asia, and more specifically Vietnam. No extra money was ever charged over and above the original quote, and what was included and not was clearly spelled out.

This trip is once in a lifetime time experience that I advise anybody who has enough budget to experience. Vietnam is one of most beautiful countries a person can visit. It’s so diverse, a traveler can enjoy nature at its finest and meet one of the most friendly people.

I had a wonderful 10 days trip covering South, Central and North Vietnam. I was assigned Gina from Asia Pioneer Travel as my travel designer and she was exceptional throughout the whole planning of the trip together and during my trip where she would regularly remind me of tour/pickup times, give me insightful tips and info too.

The tours were punctual and well organized and the tour guides were knowledgeable and accommodating when I needed a photo taken considering I was a solo traveler. I had an amazing experience in beautiful Vietnam!

We enjoyed the trip despite the typhoon. Cherry was very helpful and kept us up-to-date on typhoon situation. She provided us alternate plan when we could not go to Ha Long Bay due to the closure of the cruise. Tour guide, Eric, quick to act due to the changing weather to ensure we did the outdoor activities in Ninh Binh especially the boat ride through the caves first. He added another activity, the Train Street at Hanoi with no extra cost. He is knowledgeable and kind. Ninh Binh is very scenic and surrounded by mountains and caves. We did the cooking class and really had fun and food were delicious. Vietnamese people are friendly and kind.
