The quality of communication during planning, the freedom to ask questions, make changes and make even more changes were without pressure. Our day tour guide Cuong was simply wonderful in conversation and culture and share a few recipes with my wife!

This was my 1st experience using a tour service and I will honestly say… its the only way to travel Vietnam, see what you want to see, have reliable timely transportation, professional safe drivers and a plan. Decided to choose Asia Pioneer to plan a private tour for my husband and I to travel within Vietnam. Elly Do was our assigned guide and she did a great job putting our itinerary together and helping every step of the way with entry visas, forms and payment information. She was a wonderful communicator always answering punctually and with much detail and information in answer to my questions. Most of the guides were great and we had excellent experiences. One guide stopped the car along the way so that we could speak with minority people working in the fields and we found that the guides were always very flexible when we needed to stop and linger somewhere.

Ms. Lizzie was the one who organised everything and it was 100% perfect and totally enjoyable. Nothing to complain about. The pickup & drop to the airport was spot on. The tours from Hanoi to Halong Bay and from Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta were fabulous. Even the two hotels in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City were comfortable and convenient. This trip is something that we will remember for years to come. Would definitely suggest Ms. Lizzie to all our family and friends.

I took a trip to Vietnam with 3 girlfriends in September and we had an absolute blast. Although we only went for 10 days we filled every moment with adventures and experiences across 5 different destinations in Vietnam.
