Absolutely worth every cent. We had a dedicated travel agent from day one (Chloe) who worked with me, allowing me to pick and choose different items across multiple itineraries on their website. In the end, we wound up with a completely customized, private tour for myself and my husband for 12 days in Vietnam. Our tour guides and drivers were all professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. At one point, my husband got sick and our guide took us to the pharmacy to help get medicine, while Chloe rebooked that day’s activities and found us an amazing hotel to stay in for the evening. Incredibly responsive from planning through getting home after the trip. We are using them again for a trip to Laos in 2024. Highly, highly recommend!

Asia Pioneer Travel is an excellent travel agency that helped me and my girlfriend experience all that Central Vietnam has to offer. Through them, they were able to schedule us tailored private tours to some of the best sights in Central Vietnam, which included Hue, Hoi An, Da Nang, and Nha Trang. Furthermore, we were also provided with private transportation to all sights, friendly and well knowledgeable tour guides, lunch, and pick-up / drop-off to our hotels and airports; overall making the experience stress-free, relaxing, and fun! This is our second time traveling with Asia Pioneer and like the first time – our recent trip to Thailand did not disappoint! We had an amazing time and saw everything we hoped to and more all the while never feeling rushed or pressured! The hotel/resort choices and tours Ms Chloe planned were spot on and our tour guide Bobby was nothing short of amazing! The tours were well organised and showed many aspects of this amazing country. Accomodation well chosen and transport efficient and comfortable. The staff were accomodating, knowledgeable, welcoming and responded to all enquires in a timely fashion. Hospitable and approachable, no question was to great. We were advised of any accommodation changes with choices provided. We were meant to do this trip in 2020. It was delayed by COVID but all payments and the original itinerary honoured.
