A solo three country trip, planned one month prior to travel, but it turned out sooooo goood!

There were a lot of things that stood out to me during my two week trip to three countries (Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos), but the below things are my top 3:

1: Chloe, Asia Pioneer’s Travel Agent. She planned my extensive, busy trip one month prior to me coming since I am a last minute planner. She quickly responded back to any and all of my questions I asked, such as what should I wear and should I get money out prior to coming. She modified my itinerary based off my interest and everything truly was to my liking.
2: My last minute trip felt like it had been planned months prior. Everything was smooth. All in all, I took 5 flights, 1 long car ride, two trains and not counting the endless tours I went on and there were never any issues. I always had someone waiting for me as soon as I got off my mode of transportation.
3. Lastly, my favorite thing was the comfortability and ease I felt travelling. Like I said, I was a last minute solo traveler. Having a tour guide with me throughout my journey who helped me navigate shopping, restaurants, explained what i was looking at, and not to mention acted as my photographer was the best feeling! I met so many people travelling on their own and they were struggling to navigate transportation between destinations. They were not able to get the same amount of activities and countries I was able to accomplish within the two week time period. Furthermore, three countries in two weeks should feel like work in itself, but having the tour guide to bring me water, carry my bags, get me my meals for me definitely did not feel like work!

I will be booking with them again! I have a lot more Asian countries to see and only so many vacation days, so I have to maximize my itinerary and Asia Pioneer Travels did just that!

Our group of 15 at age 15 to 65 had a wonderful tour from north to south Việt Nam. Since the first email Lizzie has been so helpful, understanding, paying attention to details and care to us that we felt we could trust her and her company. We had several changes in our tour and Lizzie happily accommodated and arranged them for us.

Asia Pioneer Travel is an awesome travel agency and I would highly recommend them. They had made my Vietnam Trip a wholesome and excellent experience. Starting from the enquiry about the tour, to providing details, answering all the queries, tailoring the itinerary based on my preferences, making all the arrangements and executing the trip in timely manner, everything was very professional and seamless.

It was a wonderful experience with all the representative, guides and drivers throughout the trip. All of them were very co- operative, understanding, informative and helpful. I really appreciate all of them for their services which made my journey very comfortable, light n lively. I would give full marks for the accommodations, Food(Specially Coconut water), hospitality, management, planning, itinerary, variations.

I am looking forward to having more tours with them and for more such memorable experiences.

We did a month in Southeast Asia with Asia Pioneer. From the beginning Elly was committed to giving us exactly the once in a lifetime trip we were looking for. She quickly responded to all my emails and made absolutely certain that the trip was specifically tailored our requests. The trip went off without a hitch. There was always a driver waiting to pick us up at the airport no matter what time it was. The hotels were always up to or exceeding our expectations. The price was extremely reasonable. If you want a stress free trip filled with nothing but incredible memories look no further.

WOW. I lucked out in finding a travel specialist for a once in a lifetime trip for my Dad and sister’s family. I’ve always planned out my trips but this time, I decided to search for someone to help since we had a large group and an aggressive agenda hitting multiple cities in Vietnam. To be honest, I originally was just looking for a driver to get the family around to all the cities. I reached out to Asia Pioneer via their website and Stella responded immediately asking what I had in mind. She worked patiently with me to craft out the itinerary, gave me options to consider, advised me on a lot of details I wouldn’t have known. Once we finalized the agenda, she provided a detailed proposal and cost which was reasonable. From there, she did all the work from booking transportation, hotels, flights, EVERYTHING! The guides for each leg of my trip were knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating, super genuine and nice. We did activities and things that I wouldn’t have normally done or even thought of but definitely made the trip for the family, especially the kids. I can’t say this enough, if you get Stella, SHE IS AMAZINGLY THOUGHTFUL! She took care of every detail including knowing it was my sister’s 50th birthday during the trip and she surprised her with a cake during lunch. I would definitely be using Asia Pioneer Travel again and work with Stella when I travel back in SE Asia.
