She listened to our requests, and we managed to visit 5 cities in 6 days! She booked all the flights, tours, and airport pickups. Visited Vietnam for 19 days arranged by Ms. Elly at Asia Pioneer. Our trip was loosely based on their Very Best of Vietnam itinerary but with numerous changes. Ms. Elly was delightful to work with and very accommodating to our requests. She rearranged things so we could be in Hoi An for the Full Moon Festival and that is an event we highly recommend you include in your visit.

The whole journey went smoothly – every transfer and guide arrived on time and prepared, the hotels were fabulous, with many upgraded rooms. We had a fabulous cruise on Ha Long Bay (added a second night there which was well worth it). We had a Hoi An day tour that included a bike ride and coconut boat ride, but the surprise was the lunch at Dao Tien restaurant. It was a gourmet tasting menu and one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Our day tour in Hue included a stop at an Orphanage for a vegetarian lunch which was also fabulous. Our Mekong Delta tour included a stop in Ben Tre for another gourmet lunch in an unlikely location.

Can’t say enough about the tour company and Ms Elly. This is a trip we will remember as one of the best thanks to the efforts of Ms Elly. No detail was overlooked which made this a remarkable experience in so many ways.

We thoroughly enjoyed the selected boutique hotels, activities whether cultural, historical or adventurous of all locations visited. Our drivers and guides from all 3 countries were knowledgeable, trustworthy and very friendly.

My wife and I just returned from a wonderful first-time trip to Vietnam – thanks to the quality service provided by APT. So many things went well for us. We were able to customize the default itinerary to fit our schedule and sightseeing preferences. We spent a few initial days corresponding via email, phone and WhatsApp with our assigned Travel Designer (Elly), and she answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. She also helped us obtain our e-Visas and purchased domestic airline tickets for us. The hotels provided were excellent – good locations, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and nice amenities. The hotels also provided very tasty and substantial buffet breakfasts through a wide variety of foods and beverages. What also stood out were the outstanding local guides that accompanied us in HCM City, Hoi An/Hue, Hanoi and Sapa. The guides were professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area history and culture. We learned so much from the guides and they really enhanced our travel experience. They also led us to some great restaurants where we enjoyed the local cuisine. Also, all of the drivers provided were highly skilled and always on-time for pickups. And on top of having an enjoyable trip, we felt the trip cost was very reasonable and affordable. We are so glad we went with APT!

Superb experience working with Adam from Asia Pioneer Travel, over the course of several months with planning. Cross country tours (Vietnam and Cambodia ) countless calls and message, change of plan due to my personal reason still managed to complete my trip all thanks to the wonderful coordination, communication, flight/hotel/tour bookings, all handled with care and professionalism!
