Wonderful family holiday – exceptional customer service

Our family of four (myself, husband and two boys) just returned to Australia from a wonderful 16 day trip to Vietnam. Kata organised and tailored a trip in line with the places we wanted to see and organised transport, private tour guides, drivers and excellent accommodation for each place. It was our great pleasure to see beautiful Vietnam from the north to the south and we came back with many fond memories of the sights and the people, including our wonderful, knowledgeable, English speaking tour guides. Kata was always available to help and assist with any queries before and during our trip. Her fantastic organising, advice and outstanding service helped ensure we had an amazing trip.
