Next, journey to Ayutthaya, the capital of the Thai Kingdom for 417 years. Founded in 1350 by King U-Thong, its destruction by the Burmese army in 1767 resulted in the collapse of the kingdom.

Koh Samui – Day trip to Angthong National Marine Park
Embark on a full-day adventure from Koh Samui to Angthong National Marine Park. Explore pristine waters through snorkeling and kayaking, and marvel at captivating stalagmite and stalactite formations. This archipelago, northwest of Koh Samui, is a lush haven with rich flora and fauna.
From 7:00 to 8:00, you will be picked up from your hotel lobby. The adventure begins as you depart on a fully-equipped tour boat, enjoying a light breakfast during the journey.
By 10:00, you will arrive at Angthong National Marine Park and transfer to Mae Ko Island via longtail boat or kayak. A short climb will take you to the breathtaking Talay Nai, an emerald-green lagoon surrounded by towering cliffs.
At noon, you can savor a delicious Thai buffet lunch along with fresh fruit onboard.
After lunch, at 13:00, you have the option for more kayaking at Wua Ta Lap Island or a hike to the Top View Point, which offers panoramic views of the islands. Alternatively, you can explore the Lotus Cave, known as “Bua Boke,” famous for its stunning stalagmite and stalactite formations. For a more leisurely experience, feel free to swim, snorkel (with visibility varying), or relax on the soft, powdery white sand beach.
Finally, at 15:00, you will depart from Angthong National Marine Park, enjoy a coffee or tea break on board, and return to Koh Samui. You will then be transferred back to your hotel, concluding your memorable day.
