I asked her to create a custom itinerary for our trip and again was very promptly given just what I’d asked for. Our itinerary was very well laid out and explained in detail. Our E-Visa was also obtained for us. Communication was always prompt and professional.

Our trip was just as smooth as the planning process. Our private drivers and tour guides for the duration of our trip were always punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our accommodations were as expected and very comfortable. We had an open line of communication with Ms. Pham and our Tour Guides for the duration of our trip, if we ever had any questions. They gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and shops.
