I decided on Asia Pioneers as their rates were reasonable and their correspondence excellent. I was not disappointed. Throughout the entire booking process, Nhung was fantastic. During the tour, if I needed to contact her I had immediate replies. One hotel we stayed at was not up to standard, within an hr Nhung had us moved to another, much better standard. Now that is service. Our trip was almost 3 weeks so there were many opportunities it’s for hiccups but tours were perfect, guides were great, it was all I had asked for. Would book with them again, and I highly recommend….if you can get Nhung to manage your booking, even better.
