He was prompt with responses while we messaged him via WhatsApp from the US and from within Vietnam with answers to any questions or concerns we had. Adam would help us navigate and remind us of when we would get picked up for our next excursion/trip. He was very efficient, thoughtful, welcoming, friendly, respectful and responsible.
