From the start, Winston of Asia Pioneer Travel was very helpful, knowledgeable,patient and went above and beyond what he promised and what we expected. He designed the travel plan per our requirements, time and needs, Winston was always available through Whatsapp or was just a phone call away.
The trip started from Hanoi, which included a chauffeured car AND an English speaking guide. The hotels booked were elegant and exquisite with exceptional staff and service. The details to which APT paid attention to, when it came to selecting the hotels was awesome.
At the middle of the trip, Vietnam was hit by a Typhoon and overnight, Winston changed our travel plan to a different direction of the country and we did not miss anything. He paid attention to our safety, and replanned our trip on a short notice, away from the Typhoon.
The English speaking guide, Jackie was great, full of historical facts and was flexible, adjusting the day plans to our wants and needs. He always told us to tell him if we wanted to do something that he did not let us know in the beginning of the day so that he can adjust the day plan. That was very nice of him.
Winston did not just plan the trip but also came to the hotel to check on us and inquire about the trip, We ended up having a nice chat for a longer time than expected.

We did a two week trip to Vietnam for our 25th wedding anniversary and we both can honestly say that we would not have changed a thing. Asia Pioneer Travel planned everything so perfectly, exactly to our wishes and what we discussed. This made us feel very heard, and they truly took everything into account that we mentioned. It was incredible.

This was one of the best trips we have ever taken. Everything was so well organized, everyone was so knowledgeable and kind, all the accommodations were top rate with amazing customer service, the food was wonderful, the tours and excursions gave us a wonderful glimpse into the beautiful country, and we met so many wonderful people along the way. We had a driver and tour guide for all the activities and it made everything very relaxing. Having everything planned out made the whole trip so enjoyable and stress-free.

We definitely hope to plan another trip through Asia Pioneer Travel again in the future, and highly recommend this company!

From the very get-go our travel agent- Jessie stroke us as being highly professional, attentive and dedicated. She was all ears to our needs, requests and comments and took a thorough care of everything. The moment our group of six landed in Hà Nội our amazing Vietnamese adventure began. We travelled all around the beautiful country with stops in Ha Long, Hội An, Phú Quốc and Ho Chi Minh , had three highly competent tour guides, careful drivers and all the places Jessie chose for us to stay were top-notch. A special thank to our guide in Hoi An, Mr. Cuong as he went out of his way to help me when my daughter got ill ❤️
Everything was planned down to the tiniest detail, we felt taken care of at any times. There was nothing that I could change or complain about. I truly appreciate Jessie’s professionalism and thoughtfulness. She made our trip magical ❤️

We booked an 11-day tour of Thailand covering 3 regions with Asia Pioneer late January to early February 2026. Emmy Tran at Asia Pioneer worked out the itinerary and made all the hotel and internal travel arrangements. The itinerary was very detailed and had all the essentials precisely. All the pick-ups, drop-offs were made seamlessly and Emmy was responsive before and during the trip whenever we wanted to make changes or had questions. The tour itself was splendid, and we enjoyed our time in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Phi Phi Islands. The guides were very knowledgeable, and we learnt a lot about Thai culture. I would like to sincerely thank you for organizing this wonderful journey through Vietnam, which I experienced together with three friends. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned and executed, and we felt extremely well taken care of at all times.

The tour itinerary from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue, and Hoi An was beautifully designed and very well balanced. Each destination offered unique highlights:
the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh, the impressive Phong Nha and Paradise Caves, the rich history of Hue’s Imperial Citadel and garden houses, the scenic Hai Van Pass, and finally the charming atmosphere and cultural treasures of Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary. The variety of nature, culture, and authentic local experiences made this journey truly special.

All tour guides were well above average – highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work. Their explanations and flexibility added great value to the entire experience.
The hotels were very good and comfortable, and the vehicles used throughout the trip were modern, clean, and of high quality, making all transfers pleasant and relaxing.

Overall, this was an excellently organized tour with consistently high standards in every aspect. We were very impressed by the quality, attention to detail, and smooth coordination. I would highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel, and especially you as a travel designer, without any hesitation.
