She has completed transformed my outlook on how to plan future travel experiences. From our initial conversation on What’s App to the trip itself, the service was thoughtful, detailed and seamless. The communication during the trip was timely and we were given updates when we needed them. Honestly, everything was so effortless and easy.

Each and every experience in Vietnam gave my friend and I the perfect blend of adventure and authenticity. Our tours and guides were fabulous. Their local knowledge was superb and they responded to our queries and requests perfectly. It was also lovely that Maris took the time from her busy schedule to come and meet us personally.

My wife and I were visiting Vietnam for 10 days and we had plans only for 3 days in Hanoi and 2 days cruise in Halong bay. We contacted Asia Pioneer Travel looking for other places to visit and got in touch with Rachel Palm who proposed a 3 days trip to Hoi Ann. This was our best time in Vietnam. Hoi An is a beautiful city, much more quiet than Hanoi and so many places to visit. Rachel designed a perfect program for us. My family and I had one of the best travel experiences so far in Northern Vietnam. We stayed for 11 days and visited Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa and Halong/Lan Ha Bay (Cruise). We couldn’t be any happier because we were taken cared of by our Travel Designer Mr. Winston of Asia Pioneer Travel. From the day we started planning to the time we left Hanoi, he was always in constant contact with us, checking and/or reminding us of the following day itinerary. We were nervous at first because it was our first time getting a non-US based travel designer/tour company but our anxiety was all for nothing. Each day was better than the day before. My tours in Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon were very educational due to the professional guides involved. Plus the logistics were really organized according to my expectations. Hotels were very comfortable and transportation by car was perfect. The communication with APT staff to tailor my 16-day-trip over the year was very efficient and pleasant.

This is our second time using Asia Pioneer Travel. They once again blew us away! Everything was perfectly planned. This time we decided on an island vacation. Chloe was amazing. She made all accommodations we requested, was super flexible, and ensured best customer service. She was attentive and sweet. She was available when I ran into issues with my visa at the airport.
