We just returned from a 10 day trip through Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. Our agent Lizzie did a fantastic job making our itinerary perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children 7/9). Having the opportunity to travel without any major worries was amazing. Knowing that I had guides and drivers readily available during my trip and not being put on the spot for last minute things made this trip even better. Being 100% confident in my schedule made the packing and prepping so much easier for me as a mother. I knew exactly what my kids would need and that I wouldn’t be put in a position to find random things I might need.
Lizzie was super accommodating whenever I would reach out and try to change anything on our itinerary. Every time I mentioned that my kids might not enjoy something she was quick to offer an even better option. Everything she did was for our comfort. Asia Pioneer Travel is the best. We had 12 days tour from Saigon to Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Ha Noi, and, Ha Long Bay with Peony 1 Cruise. The price is reasonable and they took care of everything for us from planning to transportation, hotels…..highly recommend it.
