We booked an 11-day tour of Thailand covering 3 regions with Asia Pioneer late January to early February 2026. Emmy Tran at Asia Pioneer worked out the itinerary and made all the hotel and internal travel arrangements. The itinerary was very detailed and had all the essentials precisely. All the pick-ups, drop-offs were made seamlessly and Emmy was responsive before and during the trip whenever we wanted to make changes or had questions. The tour itself was splendid, and we enjoyed our time in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Phi Phi Islands. The guides were very knowledgeable, and we learnt a lot about Thai culture. Thank you again Emmy and hope to talk to you again for another tour.

I would like to sincerely thank you for organizing this wonderful journey through Vietnam, which I experienced together with three friends. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned and executed, and we felt extremely well taken care of at all times.

The tour itinerary from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue, and Hoi An was beautifully designed and very well balanced. Each destination offered unique highlights:
the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh, the impressive Phong Nha and Paradise Caves, the rich history of Hue’s Imperial Citadel and garden houses, the scenic Hai Van Pass, and finally the charming atmosphere and cultural treasures of Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary. The variety of nature, culture, and authentic local experiences made this journey truly special.

All tour guides were well above average – highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work. Their explanations and flexibility added great value to the entire experience.
The hotels were very good and comfortable, and the vehicles used throughout the trip were modern, clean, and of high quality, making all transfers pleasant and relaxing.

Overall, this was an excellently organized tour with consistently high standards in every aspect. We were very impressed by the quality, attention to detail, and smooth coordination. I would highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel, and especially you as a travel designer, without any hesitation.

Ms Emmy Tran of Asia Pioneer Travel designed a wonderful holiday in Vietnam for us. She was always available, always responsive, and always extremely helpful, from the time we contacted the company, until the day we left for home. She was very thoughtful about our needs. The tour itself was excellent, and well-paced. It covered a broad range of cities, sites and activities to make sure we saw the best of VIetnam within our timeframe. The drivers, tour guides, vehicles and hotels were excellent. Our Australian airline cancelled our flight on our last day, and it as great to know we had Emmy to back us up with assistance for our hotel for the extra night. She did a marvellous job and we are very grateful to have had her design our Vietnam holiday. She is an excellent Ambassador for her company.

Me and my family planned a trip to Southeast Asia using asia pioneer travel and I could not recommend it enough. Our travel agent was Jessie Le and she was just the best. This was my groups first time in asia and the trip went so smoothly with Jessie’s help that we could just sit back and enjoy our adventure. 10/10 best trip ever!
