Our family, together with a family of friends, spent 13 wonderful days exploring the temples of Cambodia, Southeast Asia’s largest freshwater lake, and the Mekong Delta region in Vietnam. Quinn from Asia Pioneer Travel put together a trip that fully took our wishes and preferences into account.

The guides were professional and ready to answer a wide range of questions. Our guide in Cambodia, Mara, introduced us not only to the main sights but also to the world and mindset of Buddhist monks. In the Mekong Delta, our guide David showed us the region in depth. The entire trip was interesting and enjoyable for both adults and children.

Although we traveled through many different places in a short time and therefore stayed in several different hotels, everything went smoothly, and we felt well cared for and safe throughout the journey. The hotels and transportation were of a high standard, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Whenever needed, we could communicate directly with Quinn, who provided additional support.

We are very satisfied and grateful. We will certainly use Asia Pioneer Travel again and happily recommend them to our friends.

Amazing experience with Asia Pioneer tour agency for the honeymoon trip planned for us. From beginning to the end we felt very pleased with the service and travel itinerary provided. Elly- our travel agent who tailored our tour as per the request and met us on one of the days and was lovely to receive kind gesture from her. All the stays were exceptional and the guides provided were friendly and knowledgeable. Considering the honeymoon trip and covering 4 locations within 7days it was very well planned and also flexible after the trip began. I have recommended my friends and family if they plan to travel in any Asian countries that they can cater to.

Second time using Asia Pioneer Travel for an itinerary in Southeast Asia. We came back to them because we were so impressed the first time around In 2018. They did not disappoint. We told them what we wanted to experience and they engineered our trip down to the last detail. Regional flights, airport transfers, local guides and drivers and concierge service getting through small, sometimes rural-feeling airports. I can think of dozens of possible occasions for anxiety to have arisen and, thanks to Asia Pioneer Travel’s expert help, none ever did. I wouldn’t even consider using any other agency !

We worked with Miss Jessie Le planned our tour. We let her know about our needs and the organization planning and attention to every detail was extremely attended to, we had no problems at all. In addition, she was available 24 seven for any questions or clarifications. The guides the sites and the flexibility to accommodate our schedule were intentionally attended to. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I traveled with my 89-year-old father and we both had dietary restrictions that every attempt was made to make sure they were respected. All our planning was done via email and the information provided to us gave us everything that we needed to have a successful hasslefree holiday. Thank you.

We had been trying to organise a 4 week trip with 2 weeks of it being in Vietnam North to south and a few days in Thailand.
Trying to organise it through a well known Australian Travel agent proved to be ridiculously hard until I was given Travel Pioneer and travel agent Winston Dinh, contact details.
I contacted Winston from Asia Pioneer Travel and gave him a list of places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do, within a week Winston had given us an itinerary that suited us and sounded wonderful! We instantly said YES! And just nutted out some finer details and was done within two weeks of initial message sent.
We had transfers, private English speaking guides and a lot of fun!
It was so personalised and exactly what we asked for, it was easy to change plans if we wanted, they absolutely catered for everything we wanted! Hands down no fuss!

Our holiday was a tour of Vietnam starting in Hanoi and then on to Ninh Binh, Mai Chau, LAN Ha Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Tra Nhang, Mekong Delta and Ho ChinMinh City taking 22 days in total

Asia Pioneer through our Travel Manager Emmy organised all the logistics from Hanoi Airport and back finally to Ho Chi Minh airport for the return flight to Dublin.
This consisted of cars, hotels, internal flights, trains, cruise and guides.

Everything went smoothly in every leg of the journey .
The standard of the cars, hotels, cruise etc was top class and all very comfortable
The Heritage Cruise on Lan Ha Bay was a particular highlight

This included making a few changes of plan during the trip due to weather and us asking for a few changes.

There was constant WhatsApp communication from Emmy and the guides to make everything easy for us.

Vietnam itself is a stunning country with great people and great food

Our only change if we made another trip would be maybe to stay in a few less places with longer stops , top of that list would be Hoi An.
