A great experience dealing with Chloe from Asia Pioneer Travel. We did 5 weeks in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. A great itinerary with lots of activities to feature each of the countries we went to. Chloe was always quick to respond to any of our queries, which was greatly appreciated.

My adult daughter and I took a trip to Thailand. Lizzie and the Asia Pioneer travel team took care of us at every step. We were met at airport by the most courteous guides and drivers. Our guides were excellent, were easy to understand, and made this trip so much fun. Our accommodations were clean and safe, with full western amenities, but with a lovely Thai style in perfect locations for easy exploration. Our multiple airline experiences went smoothly. Our guides stayed with us thru the airports until we went the security – Superb service. I travel extensively, and have never felt safer as a woman traveling alone, or more organized, than I have on this trip.

I connected online with Adam Duong of Asia Pioneer Travel, approx. 8 months prior to my trip (January 2025) and told him it would be a while before I’d finalize. He patiently worked with me, without pressuring me at any time and customized my entire itinerary exactly as I requested with very reasonable/affordable pricing. Adam was in daily touch with me (from the time I arrived even after I was on my way out) providing details and support for every one of my activities. He was very responsive and gave me the most amazing and unique experiences in a beautiful country. The 10 days I spent there are memorable and I am so thankful I found this company to accomodate all my needs to my total satisfaction. Our family holiday was to Vietnam and Cambodia over 17 days. We started in Hanoi and travelled all the way down to Ho Chi Min city and then to Cambodia. Winston from Asian Pioneer Travel was our tour agent. Winston was very attentive to our preferences and customised the itinerary to our liking. Throughout the planning process Winston has been very responsive and accommodative with any requests or changes through WhatsApp. He even spent time to run through and explain the tour program and answer all our questions over the phone. All our bookings and arrangements were done to perfection with no hiccups. We had four different tour guides and drivers who were all very professional. Even when we were there Winston was available and happy to answer any questions when required. He organised two data SIMs for us on arrival which were very handy. We highly recommend Winston.

Our private tour of My Son Sanctuary with Mr. Vinh was wonderful. The temple is so interesting and beautiful. Mr Vinh is so very knowledgeable, accommodating and kind.
