This was our first experience using a tour company. We’re well-travelled and have never really felt the need to use a service like this before, but after this experience, we’ll definitely be using Chloe again.
From our very first contact, Chloe was amazing. Her service was impeccable, her attention to detail outstanding, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I added to and changed our itinerary numerous times over the months leading up to our trip, and Chloe handled every request with incredible patience and professionalism.
Sure, there may be cheaper options out there, but if you want a holiday that exceeds your expectations, Chloe is the person to organise it. Her response times were incredible, and her attention to detail was even better. There were one or two hiccups along the way, but these were completely outside her control and did nothing to detract from what was an amazing trip.
Whenever we return to this region, Chloe will be my first point of contact. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Thank you, Chloe, for an incredible experience and a holiday we’ll remember

I highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel to book your next trip to Vietnam & Cambodia…… We were 2 families with 9 people all up. We had a private tour in a comfortable air-conditioned mini van. Across 2 weeks we visited Hanoi, Sapa, Hao Long Bay, Hoi An, Siem Riep & Saigon. We were treated to amazing food tours, walking tours through the rice villages in Sapa, 5 star cruise in Hao Long Bay, Vespa tour in Saigon, overnight train ride from Sapa to Hanoi & visiting the bunkers from the Vietnam war. No 2 days were the same. Each day brought a new surprise & it’s by far one of the best trips we’ve ever been on.
Thank you to the wonderful guides & for this amazing experience.

I cannot recommend Asia Pioneer travel and in particular out agent Maris. From the beginning, Maris was helpful, responsive and supportive of our bespoke itinerary. We could not fault one aspect of the trip. she planned three mini trips in one. One week for a couple, one week for 6 of us and one week with myself and my sister. Guides were informative and helpful, drivers were excellent and the transport organised (private van, shared limo van and internal flights all went without a hitch. Attention to detail and meeting Maris was excellent. All accommodation was well chosen. Thanks for the opportunity for us to have a wonderful time in Vietnam. We will all be back.

An unforgettable experience in Vietnam!

From the very beginning until the last day of our trip, everything was incredibly well organized, smooth, and professional. Traveling with my mother and my son, it was very important for me to feel comfortable and well taken care of — and Asia Pioneer truly exceeded my expectations.

Our journey through Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Sapa was beautifully planned. The hotels, cruise, transportation, guides, activities and daily arrangements were all handled with great attention to detail. We were able to simply enjoy Vietnam without worrying about the logistics, which made a huge difference for us as a family.

A very special thank you to Rachel Pham, who made this experience even more memorable. Rachel was absolutely wonderful from the planning stage until the very end of our trip. She was always responsive, kind, patient and genuinely caring. She constantly checked that everything was going well and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. I also had the pleasure of meeting her in person before leaving Vietnam, and she is truly as beautiful and warm in person as she is through her messages — beautiful inside and out. ❤️

I also want to thank our guides and drivers for their professionalism, kindness and punctuality. Every part of the journey felt coordinated and effortless.

Vietnam gave us so many beautiful memories, but the people who took care of us made the experience even more special. My mother, my son and I returned home with wonderful memories and a genuine love for Vietnam.

This will definitely not be our last trip to Vietnam, and when we return, Rachel and Asia Pioneer will be the first people I contact.

Thank you for making our family trip truly unforgettable. 🇻🇳❤️

Highly recommended — especially for families looking for a personalized, well-organized and genuinely caring travel experience.

Everything was smooth and seamless arrangements. The accommodations, transportation and places visited were very good.

Maris planned the most amazing week for my sisters, Mum, Aunty and I for a week in Vietnam! She went above and beyond in making sure our trip was smooth for us from the planning to the day to day activities and experiences that she organised. Everything was organised with such care and detail. She made sure that during our week we really got to experience authentic Vietnam and get a taste for all things Vietnam and we cannot wait to go back with our families. We won’t be planning a trip in the future without the help of Maris.

Maris helped us plan our adventure in Vietnam. We couldn’t speak high enough of Maris! She was so helpful, her attention to detail is amazing!! She had thought of everything. We had multiple tour guides she had organised throughout our trip who were all so knowledgable, friendly and kind! She made our trip so easy, she even took the time to meet us at our last stop just to see us in person! She really is the best! Can’t recommend enough!
