We worked with Rachel at Asia Pioneer Travel, who put together a most epic tour of Vietnam, Lao, and Cambodia, with Rachel’s incredibly thoughtful attention to all of the priority activities we requested. Travel is not one size fits all, so being able to choose the specific activities we preferred created a unique and special trip! She was extremely flexible and helpful at every step along the way and again paid attention to every detail that mattered. She found the best guides for each of our locations, the most careful drivers for each location, the best domestic flights, and absolutely the finest hotels within our budget!

I am 80 yrs young and still travel solo. The trip was arranged by Asian Pioneer travel agency. The tour was prepared by ms. Rachel Pham. I have no words to express my happiness and the pleasure I had in this trip. She arrange the tour based in my requirement, the hotel, the guides at different locations, the punctuality, everything was just great. She would call me and informed about the guide and the plan for next day.
She deserve a pat in the back. I had lots of fun and made many friends.

I spent the month of May in Southeast Asia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Lizzie from Asia Pioneer planned the trip for me. A friend was with me for the Vietnam portion. The rest of the trip was solo. It was a wonderful experience all around. Each travel guide was was well qualified in their area of Asia. They were all so kind and accommodating. I never once felt unsafe as an older woman traveling alone. I was so lucky to find Lizzie and have her plan my trip and continue to coordinate things as I was traveling.

I would definitely recommend her expertise in planning a trip to this region of the world.

Jessica planned an incredible trip through Vietnam and Laos for four of us that was filled with adventure, culture, and unforgettable experiences. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and we always felt well taken care of throughout the journey. The hotels were excellent, our guides were knowledgeable and welcoming, and every detail was handled seamlessly.

One of our favorite experiences was spending an evening in Hanoi preparing a delicious dinner with a lovely local family in their home. Their hospitality was truly special and gave us a wonderful glimpse into Vietnamese culture. We were truly also amazed by the beauty of Sapa and our scenic cruise in Ha Long Bay, had an exceptional staff.

Laos exceeded our expectations with its breathtaking waterfalls, beautiful scenery, and the genuine kindness of its people. We enjoyed every part of this journey and returned home with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for both countries.

We had 22 days of a curated trip from the top to the bottom of Vietnam designed for us specifically by Emmy Tran. What an experience! It was fantastic, we did more things then we could have on our own and every need and trip and event was catered to our wishes. We started the process with Emmy well in advance and it was only after several WhatsApp calls that she designed a visit just for us. We are an older couple and did not want to change hotels every day and spend hours on a bus just to see a place for an hour or two. Instead we were booked into hotels with 3 day stays and everyday a new set of adventures. We were met at every stop with a guide and driver and toured places filling our days with history, shows, fantastic food and great memories. Evenings were our own for exploring the area and sampling the variety of food and drink local to that place. We flew 4 times, did numerous boat adventures, ventured on every type of transportation available including an overnight train ride and a three day cruise on Lan Ha Bay, a cyclo ride, sampan boat, basket boat and riding double on a motorcycle in the city! Adventures included a full day of market shopping followed by a private cooking class, being rowed in a sampan boat on the Ngo Dong River, walking street food tours, catered lunches with special treats…just so much to experience and enjoy. WOW! The end of the trip was three days in Phu Quoc and I think we needed it just to unwind mind you one day was a snorkel trip though but the hotel was know for its relaxing atmosphere and fresh food. A great way to end the whole trip. All admission fees were covered in our package and we only paid for our evening meals and drinks.

We had the most incredible time in Vietnam. Every moment, every excursion, every guide, every location was fantastic!! I cannot thank Stella at Asia Pioneer Travel enough for all her help and guidance throughout the planning process. It truly was a trip of a lifetime that surpassed all expectations. We returned from an amazing 5-day spring break trip to Vietnam, visiting Hanoi and Hoi An, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience , especially thanks to Maris, our travel planner.
