I came along as part of a friend trip, it has been a very amazing experience using Ms. Elly as our main point of contact. She has handled everything from the visa to the inter-country flights and hotel issues if they arise. She also helped book an early flight back for a family emergency. The individual tour guide guides, Mr. Win in Hanoi, Ha Giang and Mr. Vinh in Hoi An are nothing but amazing. They answered every question we possibly could have had, know the local areas in depth and make sure we were safe, on time and taken care of. Coming to Phu Quo, we actually miss them as they now feel like family. The resort that we booked in Phu quo is giving white lotus vibes and it is the most amazing place. Any of us have ever been. It was great to experience the northern culture, a resort, vibe, the ha giang loop, all of the food and different activities. We still have one day to experience in Ho Chi Minh, but I couldn’t give this company better reviews. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone whoever is coming to Asia!!!

Just back from an incredible trip through Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. Itinerary put together with Asia Pioneer Travel which included every type of transport, food and experience we could wish for. Really interesting part of the world for history, politics, food, experiences and sights to see. We really enjoyed meeting the local people and guides who were genuinely happy to have us visit.
Winston, our travel consultant put together an excellent trip, each day there was at least one highlight which we will remember forever, no mean feat for a months trip! We felt really well looked after and safe whilst still having authentic experiences. The guides and drivers were brilliant and made sure we had cold water and towels during and after sightseeing which was very much appreciated in the heat. How will we go on holiday again without APT!!
Booking with a local travel company meant that last minute, unforseen itinerary changes (due to a typhoon) was dealt with in minutes with no lost time in the holiday, new hotels booked and new experiences arranged. Much appreciated.

Beautifully arranged trip to Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket Thailand. Emmy, our travel advisor planned the trip with perfection which included flights, hotels and tour guides. Not a single issue. The hotels and tours were exceptional for the entire 8 day trip.

My wife and I had it on our bucket list to take a trip to Vietnam. We did some inquiries and got in touch with Asia Pioneer travel . Winston Dinh was the person who was assigned to us . Let me say he was best to deal with. He was very easy to communicate with and very readily available if we had any questions or concerns. He custom tailored the trip just for the two of us . We started with North Vietnam with Hanoi and Ha Lang bay cruise . For Central Vietnam we visited Hue seeing the Citadel and then moving on to Da Nang and Hoy An . On the way we saw the oyster form. Then we flew to Cambodia and then back to the last limb of our trip seeing the beautiful city of Saigon including a day trip to Mekong delta seeing the floating village and going on boat through its waterways . Wow !! it was every bit to our satisfaction . We had a driver with comfortable vehicle and tour guide at all destinations . There was no glitch anywhere be it being picked up at the airports or going on for the daily excursions .

The best of all was the tour organizer Winston whom we can’t thank enough for organizing the trip and most of all being available and helpful all times and especially at the time of need .

Thanks to Asia Pioneer Travels for my fantastic trip to Vietnam and Thailand. They assigned both a driver and local guide expert to meet me at every destination on the itinerary they created for me based on my preferences. They made all lodging and domestic flight reservations as well. They also checked with me throughout the trip to make sure I got to where I wanted to go. As such I saw these beautiful countries never having to worry about my sightseeing schedule.

Using Asia Pioneer travel company for our family’s 2 generation recent Vietnam trip was the best decision we possibly could’ve made. Their well-informed, organized and fun English speaking guides made our trip exceed all our expectations. From the time they met us at the airport in Ho Chi Minh City they filled our days with the culture and hospitality of the Vietnamese people. We experienced Vietnam history, beauty and amazing food. Enjoying both the city and the countryside. Our journey took us from south Vietnam to north. Each step of the journey was filled with amazement. Don’t hesitate to hire them if you are considering a trip to Vietnam.

At the last minute, myself, husband and 12 year old daughter decided to visit Vietnam. With only 3-4 weeks to go we found Winston and within 24 hours we had an itinerary! Winston listened to what we wanted and certainly delivered. We didn’t want to tour in a group, but we did want a guide and driver. Our tour was personalised to meet our family’s needs.

We flew into HMC and met Lucy who looked after us with such care as we visited the city then out to the Meekong Delta.

Next we flew to HoiAn and met Cuong, again we were so well cared for. We then flew to Hanoi and met Marcus who was awesome.

All our guides were amazing, knowledgeable, and always included our daughter. It felt like travelling with friends. I will also mention that we felt safe with our drivers and very comfortable in our private mini buses.

Lastly, we did a cruise in Halong Bay and as it was my husband’s birthday, Winston had arranged a surprise celebration on the boat. It’s things like this that you remember forever.

Vietnam is an amazing place to visit, the people are so friendly and we had zero negative experiences.

Visas, internal flights, accommodation and activities were all organised for us, no stress at all.

We will certainly use Asia Pioneer Travel again.
