We used Asia Pioneer Travel to visit Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, and Hoi An in Vietnam…there is nothing else to say except that it was incredible!

Every aspect of the trip from the airport transfers, hotel and tour choices, and regions visited were beyond my wildest expectations!

I came with 10 girlfriends celebrating a milestone birthday and didn’t know what to expect. This trip was amazing, and now many of us would love to live in Vietnam!

Mr. Winston (Our Senior Travel Designer) was wonderful to work with, and hit all of the highlights that I wanted to experience and put me in a level of luxury accommodations and tours that I was blessed to be a part of.

This was our best trip ever!
Winston from Asio Pioneer was a great help in designing our private tour to Cambodia and Vietnam with great understanding of our desires and limitations as well as offering etraordinary elements, that suited our needs exactly.
With a private driver and guide in every location, organization was flawless. The choice of hotels was excellent and many exquisite meals were part of our booking. Each one an experience for itself.
The locations of our trip proved to be highlights. The visits well-timed and of good length, avoiding too much time in one location. We omitted leisure time in a beach location, but that is simply due to our lack of love for sand and beach.
Whenever we had a question, Winston was available immediately. Each guide in each location also shared their whatsapp number, allowing very easy communication to time pick up or answer questions.
Vietnam has so much to offer and a key element for this trip is the variety of experiences and views during the trip. We loved each single activity as maximum comfort was ensured all the time.
We have had many trips across the world and we are quite spoilt and peculiar in our needs and desires. We find it easy to recommend Winston and Asia Pioneer to the fullest as they really made an outstanding trip at a very reasonable price.

My partner and I did a trip to HaLong Bay and Sapa recently. Emmy Tran was our travel designer and did an amazing job guiding us on options, putting together a detailed plan and then checking in with us all the way along the trip. She was incredibly thorough in all the planning and ensured everything went smoothly. She did a brilliant job and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We’d have no hesitation at all in engaging Emmy again to help us with a trip in Asia!

After almost 50 years away from VN, we decided to visit the country in April 2026. As referred by family member, I contacted Asian Pioneer Travel. Maris responded my email and asked for permission to speak via WhatsApp. We discussed the itinerary for the 11 day trip. Within the same day, she designed a travel plan that would fit our budget and meet our expectation. After couple tweaks to upgrade the hotel and meals, we finalized the trip from HCMC to Ha Noi with other destinations in between.
Maris is very competent, efficient, attentive to details and pleasant to work with. Basically, we just had to show up for the tour.
The most fun event, personally was the Vespa tour in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Felt like a local while weaving in and out of traffic. Also we had chances to try many local favourite snacks and food such as banh mi, papaya goi, egg coffee, pho, etc. It was a memorable trip in VN after being away for such a long time.
We will not hesitate to use the service again for our future travel plans or refer to family and friends. Thank you so much to everyone at Asia Pioneer Travel and especially Maris, our travel designer, for all the hard work you put in.

This was our second trip in SE Asia with Asia Pioneer, and I can’t speak highly enough of the whole experience! From the moment I re-engaged with Winston, the planning and communications were smooth and the information clear.
