Lizzie at Asian Pioneer was fantastic in helping my husband and I plan our first trip to Vietnam! We went to many destinations – Ha Noi, cruise at Ha Long Bay, Ho Tram and Saigon. Last month, we celebrated my wife’s birthday with an 11-day Vietnam tour arranged by Chloe at Asia Pioneer Travel. Starting in Hanoi, we cruised Halong Bay, explored Mai Chau’s Avana Retreat, visited Hoi An before its rainy season, and ended in Ho Chi Minh City where a scooter tour was a highlight. The guides were knowledgeable and fun, the accommodations excellent, and we highly recommend Chloe.

We can’t say enough about how wonderful an adventure we had. We would recommend Asia Pioneer Travel to everyone. With our first contact with Chloe by phone, she answered a variety of questions and put our minds at ease, she even greeted us at our first hotel stay in Hanoi.
From landing in Hanoi to leaving Phuket, we were taken care of the whole trip. Being met at each destination by a guide with our names on a sign, added a level of ease and comfort to the experience.
Excellent accommodations throughout the trip, wonderful tours at our own pace. The tours guides were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. All the people were welcoming and friendly, willing to help in anyway. Communicating with ease on WhatsApp is the way to go. We used this method with Chloe and all our guides. It allowed us 24-hour contact to deal with any issues that might have arisen.
Big kudos to Chloe Tran and our guide, Mr. Toan, for being able to change our itinerary on the fly and get us out of Hue, as it was flooding in November. Chloe had our hotel reservations and plane tickets changed and had us booked on a train to Da Nang within a couple of hours. We were picked up in Da Nang and taken to the airport as soon as we arrived to catch a flight to Ho Chi Minh.

We made a last minute decision to visit Cambodia while in Vietnam which meant we had nothing arranged including entry VISA. Maris pulled out all the stops and arranged a trip in about 24 hours. Everything went smoothly including excellent guides, good transportation and reassuring communication throughout. Great Job, Maris & Asia Pioneer Travel.

Perfection- I am so happy that I used APT to book this travel. The itinarary and activities were amazing- city tour, cultural guides, hotel stays- wonderful+++, transportation and transfers- on time- every time… Our wonderful travel coordinator- Jesse- Amazing. Gave us real time updates, instant replies on any questions. Even the last day with a flight delay she rescheduled the airport pickup and gave me extra time for a final visit to my favorite cafe. I just don’t think I can adequately express just how much I enjoyed this trip- worry free. Will be a return customer on future travel!
