From landing in Hanoi to leaving Phuket, we were taken care of the whole trip. Being met at each destination by a guide with our names on a sign, added a level of ease and comfort to the experience.
Excellent accommodations throughout the trip, wonderful tours at our own pace. The tours guides were very knowledgeable and easy to understand. All the people were welcoming and friendly, willing to help in anyway. Communicating with ease on WhatsApp is the way to go. We used this method with Chloe and all our guides. It allowed us 24-hour contact to deal with any issues that might have arisen.
Big kudos to Chloe Tran and our guide, Mr. Toan, for being able to change our itinerary on the fly and get us out of Hue, as it was flooding in November. Chloe had our hotel reservations and plane tickets changed and had us booked on a train to Da Nang within a couple of hours. We were picked up in Da Nang and taken to the airport as soon as we arrived to catch a flight to Ho Chi Minh.
