We really enjoyed our visit to Siem Reap – 6 to 10 January 2015
The guide Ty was a very good who went out of his way to do some little extra things like the odd snack from the communities we visited.
a pity there was no sunrise at Ankor Wat and Ankor thom, but what a place and not to crowded. Very lucky to have a guide only two of us.
The restoration work going on at Ankor Thom is amaizing.
The village experience was wonderful especially lunch on a grass mat under a reed roof with a local farming family tasting traditional Cambodian cooking.
Only problem I personally found was the use of the dollar which made things relatively expensive for a South African.
I advise anyone wanting to go to Siem Reap to use Ty and Asia Pioneer.

Asia Pioneer planned a fantastic holiday for us in Vietnam …hotels were of a high standard meals were excellent , excursions were of a high standard…just loved the slightly more upmarket cruise on Halong bay…the guides that met us have become firm friends, and we really enjoyed the personal touch. Skorzystałem wraz z żoną z tego biura w organizacji podróży do Indochin w listopadzie 2016. Ruby która była koordynatorem oferty dla mnie przygotowała zgodnie z moją prośba trasę na 25 dni przez Wietnam, Laos i Kambodżę. Trzy państwa w 3 tygodnie wraz z krótkim wypoczynkiem na zakończenie podróży na wyspie Phu Quoc to dość duże wyzwanie.
Organizacja tej podróży nie należała do łatwych z racji tego iż małżonka nie była przekonana co do tej destynacji a podróż odbyć się miała na naszą rocznice ślubu – wyzwanie zatem nie było łatwe. Ruby wyszła z tego obronna ręką za co chwała jej i moje podziękowania.
Nie obyło się niestety bez kilku małych “wpadek” ale tak Ruby jak management firmy potrafił zareagować odpowiednio na moje sygnały co doceniam, pamiętam i dziękuję za to.
To były udane wakacje i liczę że koleje spędzone w Azji będą organizowane również przy wydatnej pomocy Biura Asia Pioneer.

We were a couple spent spent 10 days in Viet Nam 29th December 2014 -9th Jan2015 Visiting Hoian, Hanoi and Ky Son. and 3 days in Luong Prabang Laos This was our second time that Asia Pioneer Organised our Tour.
Mr Lam, as also experienced before,did an excellent job in planing the Tour, The Hotels selected Tour Guides, Drivers and Vehicles were of high standards.Also the concern Mr Lam had for his guests during the tour is very much appreciated. In the limited time we experienced a good insight of Vietnamese/LaotianCulture which we treasure.Overall the Tour was Excellent with Very Good Returns on Investment.Thank you Mr Lam and the Staff .

We were two adults and three teenagers travelling on a customised tour. Lam did a fantastic job of understanding our needs and creating a tour that catered to all of us. We feel we really got to experience Vietnam, from Tai Chi in the morning mist on Halong Bay to meditating with a monk in Hue and cycling to a fishing village/ paddling the round boats and cooking class in Hoi An then finishing with the mad bustle of Ho Chi Minh. Some amazing and memorable experiences have been created. The drivers were really professional and if you get to Hue ask for Anna to be your tour guide she was a stand out.

Lam also recommended some fantastic restaurants and the food was amazing, it was great to have that inside knowledge to get the best out of the country.

In July I contacted Asia Pioneer based off their positive ratings here. I asked them to plan a 10 day vacation through Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam with specific cities and types of things we wanted to do. Within 36 hours I had a full itinerary that included everything we wanted to do and more including our flights between cities. We have just returned from our trip and everything Lam planned was perfect. The tour guides were all fantastic and added so much to our experience. The hotels selected were all excellent choices. They were there for us every step of the trip and I can not think of one thing that went wrong. Amazing to visit 5 cities in 3 countries in 10 days and not have a single problem. Unbelievable experience that we would never have had without the effort of Lam and his team. Thank you so much.
