From the moment we contacted Asia Pioneer Travel we were impressed with the immediate customer service of Lizzie Pham, the detailed itinerary and the quality of hotels/attractions that were planned. Dave served in the American/Vietnam War (1968) and at the time only saw the beauty of the war torn hillsides. He has wanted to return for several years to explore the country of Vietnam from top to bottom. Asia Pioneer Travel made it possible to explore the culture, the beauty and the history from Hanoi, to Hue, to Ho Chi Minh City and down to the Mekong Delta in 14 days. All of the hotels were four star, beautiful hotels with impeccable customer service, elegant breakfasts and comfortable beds. We can’t give enough credit to our guides and drivers, in Hanoi – Eric/Duong, in Hue/Hoi An/Da Nang – Phong/Kien and in Ho Chi Minh City/Mekong Delta – Hao/Loc. They were all informative, always on time and went above and beyond to take care of us (the elderly). They will remain in our hearts and in our photos forever. What an amazing experience! We were a bit apprehensive that the itinerary was too good to be true …..but it was accurate! Having a guide everyday removed the scariness and revealed history and culture we wouldn’t have found on our own. It was great to not have a large group of people to share the guide with. Memories created for a life time: street and local food, temples, palaces, overnight on a San pan, cyclo ride through old French town, motorcycles in the rain….. and so much more. A great experience dealing with Chloe from Asia Pioneer Travel. We did 5 weeks in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. A great itinerary with lots of activities to feature each of the countries we went to. Chloe was always quick to respond to any of our queries, which was greatly appreciated.

My adult daughter and I took a trip to Thailand. Lizzie and the Asia Pioneer travel team took care of us at every step. We were met at airport by the most courteous guides and drivers. Our guides were excellent, were easy to understand, and made this trip so much fun. Our accommodations were clean and safe, with full western amenities, but with a lovely Thai style in perfect locations for easy exploration. Our multiple airline experiences went smoothly. Our guides stayed with us thru the airports until we went the security – Superb service. I travel extensively, and have never felt safer as a woman traveling alone, or more organized, than I have on this trip.
