Excellent Tour Experience – North to Central Vietnam

Dear Ms. Quinn,

I would like to sincerely thank you for organizing this wonderful journey through Vietnam, which I experienced together with three friends. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned and executed, and we felt extremely well taken care of at all times.

The tour itinerary from Hanoi to Ninh Binh, Phong Nha, Hue, and Hoi An was beautifully designed and very well balanced. Each destination offered unique highlights:
the stunning landscapes of Ninh Binh, the impressive Phong Nha and Paradise Caves, the rich history of Hue’s Imperial Citadel and garden houses, the scenic Hai Van Pass, and finally the charming atmosphere and cultural treasures of Hoi An and My Son Sanctuary. The variety of nature, culture, and authentic local experiences made this journey truly special.

All tour guides were well above average – highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work. Their explanations and flexibility added great value to the entire experience.
The hotels were very good and comfortable, and the vehicles used throughout the trip were modern, clean, and of high quality, making all transfers pleasant and relaxing.

Overall, this was an excellently organized tour with consistently high standards in every aspect. We were very impressed by the quality, attention to detail, and smooth coordination. I would highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel, and especially you as a travel designer, without any hesitation.

Thank you once again for this unforgettable experience. We would be happy to travel with Asia Pioneer again in the future.

Kind regards,
Pit Wanja

We booked a 24 day trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand through Asia Pioneer Travel. This trip exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed all the places we visited. The people are very friendly and respectful. All the guides were knowledgeable in their respective locations. The drivers were fantastic on keeping us safe throughout our journey.

We are very pleased with your representative from Asia Pioneer Travel, Ms. C. Tran and the services provided by her agency.

Thank you for all you have done in the preparation of this trip for us. We have had many conversations by email since April 2025 with our representative which was very informative on what needed to get done on our end; such as applying for Cambodian Visa, etc. Through out this time, our representative was always available to answer our questions and succeeded in guiding us with your expertise and professionalism.

Sincerely pleased clients

Rachel arranged our tour and on behalf of Jodi and myself we would like to say thank-you to Rachel for arranging our tour. It went very seamless and no problems. The accomodation and food was great. We will gladly recommend dealing with Rachel to organise all of your travel arrangements.

Thanks

Ms Emmy Tran of Asia Pioneer Travel designed a wonderful holiday in Vietnam for us. She was always available, always responsive, and always extremely helpful, from the time we contacted the company, until the day we left for home. She was very thoughtful about our needs. The tour itself was excellent, and well-paced. It covered a broad range of cities, sites and activities to make sure we saw the best of VIetnam within our timeframe. The drivers, tour guides, vehicles and hotels were excellent. Our Australian airline cancelled our flight on our last day, and it as great to know we had Emmy to back us up with assistance for our hotel for the extra night. She did a marvellous job and we are very grateful to have had her design our Vietnam holiday. She is an excellent Ambassador for her company.

We had a great trip with Asia Pioneer travel. Emmy was great in helping us plan our itinerary. She was also attentive and available for any questions and concerns during our trip. Highly recommended. Thank you Emmy,

Me and my family planned a trip to Southeast Asia using asia pioneer travel and I could not recommend it enough. Our travel agent was Jessie Le and she was just the best. This was my groups first time in asia and the trip went so smoothly with Jessie’s help that we could just sit back and enjoy our adventure. 10/10 best trip ever!

We found Asia Pioneer Travel through Google and what a stroke of luck!
From the very beginning, our travel designer Maris Dang did an outstanding job. After asking us a few questions about our wishes and travel style, she quickly put together a personalized itinerary with plenty of room for adjustments.
Her responses were always prompt and she truly listened to what we wanted.

Our private driver and guide made the journey flawless.
Everything was perfectly organized: always on time, attentive to our preferences and knowledgeable about the sights and excursions.

The activities were varied and we enjoyed unique and delicious local dining experiences.
The selected hotels were very clean, comfortable and offered excellent service.
The itinerary was well balanced, full of wonderful experiences, yet with enough time to relax.
Everything was arranged for us, so all we had to do was ‘enjoy’.

A 2‑day cruise in Halong Bay, combined with a scenic flight over the bay is an absolute must‑do.

Asia Pioneer Travel is a very reliable travel company with dedicated staff, both during the planning phase and on the tour.

Thank you for this unforgettable Vietnam experience!
