I highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel to book your next trip to Vietnam & Cambodia…… We were 2 families with 9 people all up. We had a private tour in a comfortable air-conditioned mini van. Across 2 weeks we visited Hanoi, Sapa, Hao Long Bay, Hoi An, Siem Riep & Saigon. We were treated to amazing food tours, walking tours through the rice villages in Sapa, 5 star cruise in Hao Long Bay, Vespa tour in Saigon, overnight train ride from Sapa to Hanoi & visiting the bunkers from the Vietnam war. No 2 days were the same. Each day brought a new surprise & it’s by far one of the best trips we’ve ever been on.

I cannot recommend Asia Pioneer travel and in particular out agent Maris. From the beginning, Maris was helpful, responsive and supportive of our bespoke itinerary. We could not fault one aspect of the trip. she planned three mini trips in one. One week for a couple, one week for 6 of us and one week with myself and my sister. Guides were informative and helpful, drivers were excellent and the transport organised (private van, shared limo van and internal flights all went without a hitch. Attention to detail and meeting Maris was excellent. All accommodation was well chosen. Thanks for the opportunity for us to have a wonderful time in Vietnam. We will all be back.

An unforgettable experience in Vietnam!

From the very beginning until the last day of our trip, everything was incredibly well organized, smooth, and professional. Traveling with my mother and my son, it was very important for me to feel comfortable and well taken care of — and Asia Pioneer truly exceeded my expectations.

Our journey through Hanoi, Ha Long Bay and Sapa was beautifully planned. The hotels, cruise, transportation, guides, activities and daily arrangements were all handled with great attention to detail. We were able to simply enjoy Vietnam without worrying about the logistics, which made a huge difference for us as a family.

A very special thank you to Rachel Pham, who made this experience even more memorable. Rachel was absolutely wonderful from the planning stage until the very end of our trip. She was always responsive, kind, patient and genuinely caring. She constantly checked that everything was going well and was always ready to help whenever we needed anything. I also had the pleasure of meeting her in person before leaving Vietnam, and she is truly as beautiful and warm in person as she is through her messages — beautiful inside and out. ❤️

I also want to thank our guides and drivers for their professionalism, kindness and punctuality. Every part of the journey felt coordinated and effortless.

Vietnam gave us so many beautiful memories, but the people who took care of us made the experience even more special. My mother, my son and I returned home with wonderful memories and a genuine love for Vietnam.

This will definitely not be our last trip to Vietnam, and when we return, Rachel and Asia Pioneer will be the first people I contact.

Maris planned the most amazing week for my sisters, Mum, Aunty and I for a week in Vietnam! She made sure that during our week we really got to experience authentic Vietnam and get a taste for all things Vietnam and we cannot wait to go back with our families. Emmy was very generous with her time and very kind. She kept us appraised throughout our trip and answered questions from beginning to end. I traveled with my elderly parents and she was very patient with them. Our guide Quan was also the best! He was very patient and made suggestions throughout the day that tailored to our needs without feeling the pressure of locking into an itinerary. And the Heritage cruise through Ha Long Bay they chose for us was incredible! The wait staff (particularly James) were so dedicated and genuinely friendly and the amenities were so grand and traditional. The itinerary on the boat also kept us busy and very excited! We appreciate all the effort they put in to making this family vacation a memorable one! I’ll be recommending them to my friends. 💞
