We went from 12/18-24 to 1/3/25 on the SE Asia natural and food discovery tour. My wife and I decided to go on this trip in November without any prior knowledge of this company and very little in the countries we would visit. Mr Winston and Asia Pioneer Travel could not have been nicer to us. They delivered everything they promised in their trip. I was a bit concerned about this trip as we had been to India before and the sites and food are more exotic than most places. However, the guides were great and we got picked up and dropped off and had a guide with us to make the many activities we had go smoothly. The guides were happy to help is with whatever we needed including carrying lots of ice, cold bottles water for us.
We have travelled overseas extensively and this is one of the most action packed and memorable trips we have had.
At our request, this travel company switched part of our visit from Phuket, Thailand to Angkor Wat, Cambodia (which is the biggest religious site in the world and has some awesome temples) and they added a water puppet show (so fun) in Hanoi for us. We enjoyed the itinerary. We saw many different sites and tried many types of food on the food tours. We couldn’t have been happier on this trip. We highly recommend them. Great trip! Open communication all the way.

Cherry crafted a wonderful trip for my family of 4 with private guides and drivers in several cities between Vietnam and Cambodia to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Day. Our entire trip was full of interesting information and great food! Our guides were great, all with a wealth of knowledge regarding the sites they took us to and we were even able to take a few side trips off the beaten path to see the real Vietnam and Cambodia, not just the touristy areas. Overall we had an excellent trip and would definitely use Asia Pioneer Travel to plan future holidays.

Chloe planned the most fabulous family trip! We saw, ate, and explored our way through 3 different cities with no hiccups. She took into account any food allergies and crafted a trip centered around food, culture and art which we asked for. Us nor our kids were ever bored. My family of 5 went to Vietnam during December 2024/January 2025. It was a 7 day trip split between Hanoi and Hoi An. We worked with Lizzie as our representative and she was nothing short of amazing. We have small children (6,4, and 2). The trip she recommended accounted for our travel needs as a family with small ones. She was accommodating, professional, and timely in her communication. A highlight of the trip as we were in Vietnam was our tour guide in Hoi An, Patrick aka Phu. He had a great personality and our kids loved him. He was very knowledgeable and made the trip! I highly recommend this company. The peace of mind they provided across the logistics associated with visiting Vietnam was unreal. From hotels, transportation, to food everything was on point and of great quality!

We booked our holiday with Asia Pioneer Travel and Annie Phung. The whole experience was fantastic. When we arrived in Vietnam they met us at the airport and over the next 10 days looked after all arrangements. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City,

We worked with Chloe Tran over a period of months planning our trip. We had a tight time frame and Chloe helped us see as much of Vietnam in the time we had as possible. We enjoyed everything that she recommended. She listened to us and what kind of trip we wanted and that is exactly what we had. All the tours and tour guides were excellent. They all were able to communicate clearly in English, were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The highlights are as follows, in Hanoi the street food tour, in Ha Long Bay the beautiful scenery from the lovely boat, from Hoi An a fantastic cooking class and in Saigon a moped food tour. If you have the opportunity to go to Vietnam, do it! The people are very welcoming and the food is fantastic!

I had a very good experience with Asia Pioneer. The travel arrangements were glitches, and choice of locations Halong bay and Nha Trang were fabulous. Selected then from Tripadvisor itself, and the overall coordination, tickets, bookings, private travel was well experienced. Highly recommended.
