We (my husband, me and 2 adult children) have just returned from a wonderful trip to Vietnam. Cherry and Asia Pioneer Travel did a terrific job with all of our hotels, drivers and especially the guides. Cherry met us our first day in Hanoi and even led us to the street with all the Tet decorations. She was very patient and responsive as we discussed the itinerary we wanted, making the changes we asked for. One of best suggestions was to stay in a corporate apartment in HCMC our second week, we were definitely ready to do laundry. Our guides were easy to understand, and Larry (HCMC and Mekong Delta) was one of the highlights. Ninh Binh is definitely a must see, even more than Ha Long Bay, HCMC is definitely chaotic, Hanoi Old Town a good place to start, and food tours a must! The Vespa food tour in HCMC was the highlight of the trip for our kids.

We had a fantastic trip organized by Cherry. We told her what we liked to do and what our budget was, and she sent us several drafts until everything was perfect. She was super helpful, messaged us during our trip to check on how we were doing, and even followed up once we returned home. We had a chance to meet her in person in Hanoi. She was great, and we look forward to organizing future trips with her and Asia Pioneer Travel!

This trip was so well planned. We had a lot of activities for us to see the sights and still had a lot of free time to explore on our own. I have never booked a tour like this and it’s ruined me for future travels. I don’t want to go back to me planning everything. Chloe did an amazing job planning this trip. We had a tour guide and driver everywhere. Shout out to jack. He was awesome. When we got back in the car they had water and a little wet towel. The tour guides were amazing and I don’t think I would have been able to plan this trip myself eith all of these activities. I started the trip not even really knowing what to expect, but they delivered. This is an absolute must. 🙂 You won’t regret it.

I decided on a last minute solo trip to Vietnam. I was there from Dec 29 2024- Jan 12 2025. Started in Northern Vietnam (Hanoi, SaPa, Ha Long Bay), made my way to Central Vietnam (Da Nang and Hoi An) and finished in Southern Vietnam (Ho Chi Mihn and Mekong Delta).

I didnt have much time to plan it out, so I was figuring out how to maximize my experience. I had done some research and came across Asia Pioneer Travel. I read great reviews and decided to reach out to them. After an intial phone call, I was promptly emailed by Mr. Winston. Mr. Winston opened a line of communication with me and made sure he understood what kind of experience I was interested in. At, first i was thinking of visiting Vietnam and Cambodia. Mr. Winston created an itinerary for both Vietnam and Cambodia, and an itinerary for just Vietnam. I decided to to stick with spending 14 days in Vietnam. From there, Mr. Winston worked with me to help tailor an intinerary I was happy with. I let him know some things i wanted to to see and some areas I wanted to visit while there. He was always very quick and responsive to my requests. Once the itinerary was where i was happy, i went ahead and booked it. You can choose the type of hotels you want to stay in as well (1-4 Stars etc.) Everything was included in the final price (domestic flights, Hotels, tours with vehicle, airport transfers and even E-visa). The only thing i had to book myself was my flights to and from Vietnam. The best part was, all i had to do is show up! Most of my tours were private with a private vehicle. It did include some group tours as well. My initial concern was that my days would be jam packed and felt rushed. Well rest assure, it was completely opposite. I never felt like i didnt have time to enjoy something. Most late afternoons to evenings was leisure time. I did request a few days through out my trip be leisure days. So on those days you can do what ever you feel like doing. I usually used them to sleep in a little bit and go explore things not on my itinerary. Mr. WInston kept in touch with me from first contact all the way to the end of my trip. He always made sure everything was going smooth. He was always very quick to respond as well if I had a question or needed something while in Vietnam. I would highly reccomend using Asia Pioneer Travel, if you need help with planning out a SE Asia trip Itinerary. I will plan to use them again in the future!

All the mentioned tour guides were great. Very knowledgable and spoke great english. Really took their time to ensure they explain everything we are visiting thoroughly. Really ensured I learned and understood the history and different cultures in each area. Highly recommend!

We travelled to Vietnam (Hanoi, Sapa, HCM (Saigon) and Mekong Delta) and Cambodia (Siem Reap) and used Lizzie Pham from Asia Pioneer Travel to book all the transfers, guides and hotels. We couldn’t be happier with the travel arrangements. Lizzie and Elly were always there to check on how things were going and if something was brought to their notice, they would get it rectified immediately.

The highlights of our trip were the temple visits in Angkor Wat (Guide Ratnak was fantastic) and the homestay in the Mekong delta.
