My family and I had one of the best travel experiences so far in Northern Vietnam. We stayed for 11 days and visited Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Sapa and Halong/Lan Ha Bay (Cruise). We couldn’t be any happier because we were taken cared of by our Travel Designer Mr. Winston of Asia Pioneer Travel. From the day we started planning to the time we left Hanoi, he was always in constant contact with us, checking and/or reminding us of the following day itinerary. We were nervous at first because it was our first time getting a non-US based travel designer/tour company but our anxiety was all for nothing. Asia Pioneer Travel was transparent , trustworthy, and meticulous. I would highly recommend Mr. Winston and Asia Pioneer to design, customize and execute your dream travel. We are planning to go back to Vietnam to do Central Vietnam and HCMC and use Asia Pioneer Travel (Mr. Winston) again.

Each day was better than the day before. My tours in Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon were very educational due to the professional guides involved. Plus the logistics were really organized according to my expectations. Hotels were very comfortable and transportation by car was perfect. The communication with APT staff to tailor my 16-day-trip over the year was very efficient and pleasant.

This is our second time using Asia Pioneer Travel. They once again blew us away! Everything was perfectly planned. This time we decided on an island vacation. Chloe was amazing. She made all accommodations we requested, was super flexible, and ensured best customer service. She was attentive and sweet. She was available when I ran into issues with my visa at the airport.
