A few years ago I used Asia Pioneer for a trip to Vietnam. Mr. Lam set up a great tour for us in north, northwest, central and south Vietnam. So when I needed to set up a Cambodian tour on short notice I immediate thought about Asia Pioneer. Mr. Lam came through again!
We spent five days in Siem Reap, several days in Sihanoukville and three days in Phnom Phen. IP set us up with guides in each area. They provided me with the guide names and local telephone numbers in case there were any problems. Also the IP office told me how to contact them directly and Mr. Lam and I kept in contact on Skype. In all they made me feel confident in a foreign land.
The day trips we arranged were very good. The guides were knowledgable and had good English skills. I will certainly use IP again if I am in their service area.

Found this office after searching the forum of Myanmar. Many travelers recommended this office so we took the chance. They were great. Most especially Ms. Kata, the manager of this office, who adhered to any whim of ours, and responded immediately to any request . We were 4 mature women who traveled two weeks in Myanmar
We got a detailed program and account of all the expenses we would pay for. we got our payment acknowledged the moment she got it and we got receipt for every cent we paid.

My wife and I just finished an amazing trip in Cambodia and Vietnam arranged through Asia Pioneer and we have absolutely no complaints, only praise for how well it was organized and how great our trip went. We’ve never done a tour package like this before – usually we plan everything on our own – but this was a welcome change, with perfect execution and flexibility. Our trip planner, Kata Tran, worked with our needs and schedule, was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning and during the trip, including facilitating the entry visa process. Our guides and drivers were all great, as were the locations they picked for us to see in each location. Our trip started in Siem Reap, Cambodia, then over to Ho Chi Minh City by plane – arranged by Asia Pioneer. After a few days there, we continued up to Hue, again by plane, then over to Hoi An. From there we flew up to Hanoi for a short stay before going on to Ha Long Bay for a 2 night cruise with A Class Cruises (also arranged by Asia Pioneer) for an awesome New Years even in one of the most beautiful places around. Every hotel they picked for us was great – not five star, but that’s not what we were looking for. Staff, accommodations, location, and food at all hotels were wonderful though. Some parts of the trip were more physical than others, but there was plenty of down time either in the evenings or in transit to recover. Asia Pioneer really did all of the hard work for us, planned everything, and gave great recommendations for our free time, which we often took. If we go back to Southeast Asia, we will definitely look to Asia Pioneer to help us with our next trip. They were extremely affordable, but the beauty, culture, and history we experienced are invaluable. We are very grateful to Kata and all of the staff we worked with at Indochina and will remember them fondly for years to come. Thank you again, and chúc mừng năm mới!

We really enjoyed our visit to Siem Reap – 6 to 10 January 2015
The guide Ty was a very good who went out of his way to do some little extra things like the odd snack from the communities we visited.
a pity there was no sunrise at Ankor Wat and Ankor thom, but what a place and not to crowded. Very lucky to have a guide only two of us.
The restoration work going on at Ankor Thom is amaizing.
The village experience was wonderful especially lunch on a grass mat under a reed roof with a local farming family tasting traditional Cambodian cooking.
Only problem I personally found was the use of the dollar which made things relatively expensive for a South African.
I advise anyone wanting to go to Siem Reap to use Ty and Asia Pioneer.

Asia Pioneer planned a fantastic holiday for us in Vietnam …hotels were of a high standard meals were excellent , excursions were of a high standard…just loved the slightly more upmarket cruise on Halong bay…the guides that met us have become firm friends, and we really enjoyed the personal touch. Skorzystałem wraz z żoną z tego biura w organizacji podróży do Indochin w listopadzie 2016. Ruby która była koordynatorem oferty dla mnie przygotowała zgodnie z moją prośba trasę na 25 dni przez Wietnam, Laos i Kambodżę. Trzy państwa w 3 tygodnie wraz z krótkim wypoczynkiem na zakończenie podróży na wyspie Phu Quoc to dość duże wyzwanie.
Organizacja tej podróży nie należała do łatwych z racji tego iż małżonka nie była przekonana co do tej destynacji a podróż odbyć się miała na naszą rocznice ślubu – wyzwanie zatem nie było łatwe. Ruby wyszła z tego obronna ręką za co chwała jej i moje podziękowania.
Nie obyło się niestety bez kilku małych “wpadek” ale tak Ruby jak management firmy potrafił zareagować odpowiednio na moje sygnały co doceniam, pamiętam i dziękuję za to.
To były udane wakacje i liczę że koleje spędzone w Azji będą organizowane również przy wydatnej pomocy Biura Asia Pioneer.
