Trip of a lifetime
Our family of five had a wonderful trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. This was a long awaited vacation after the pandemic and it was well worth the wait. Our guides tended to our every need and allowed us to sit back and enjoy each moment. Definitely recommend Asia Pioneer!!

My best stop over holiday that I never think off
The trip to halong Bay was so fantastic ..my entire group really enjoyed every moment. no words to describe. The staffs on board the cruise really took good care of us..furthermore my travel agent as requested for halal food was also served to us ..one of the best food we had during our stay in hanoi..cabins were spacious and we had a good sleep..along our way we stopped for sightseeing and the vehicle provided by my agent did not make us feel tired..a 7 seater car for 4 of us..i recommend you all to book through my agent..very well taken care off

Amazing 8-day custom trip to northern Vietnam!
Lam and his team did an outstanding job arranging a wonderful 8-day trip through northern Vietnam. He listened to my vision for our holiday and experiences we wanted to have. He added important input and suggestions to my ideas and was in consistent contact.

We traveled as a family of 3 (2 adults & 1 teenager) and my 2 parents in their 70s. We chose to have private transportation (a van) and private guides who were excellent! Tony was in Hanoi and Bob in the Sapa region. Both of them, along with the drivers, really went above and beyond to give us a great, safe, wonderful experience.

Lam and his team know very good English, both in writing and speaking, so it was easy to communicate at all times. Before travel we had a very clear, thorough itinerary with each day outlined so we knew what to expect. We had contact numbers and very good communication,even while on our trip. The hotels, guides, and drivers they arranged for us were fantastic! We had never visited Vietnam before and this was our first international trip since the pandemic. It exceeded all of our expectations and I highly recommend! We can’t wait to return another time to explore a different region of Vietnam and will use their services again!

Family Holiday in Vietnam/Cambodia
Outstanding!! Our family of six toured all of Vietnam with three days added on at the end in Cambodia. I can’t find a single complaint. An incredible holiday with exceptional service. I highly recommend this company.
We started our tour in Hanoi where our guide and driver were waiting to drive us to the hotel. At every city we visited, we had a driver and guide waiting to take us exploring. In Hanoi, we explored and ate our way through the city. Our guide Callum was so knowledgeable and shared so much information. He was mindful and understanding of the needs of our small children from taking breaks at fun places to eat, to helping us find a restroom on the spot when one of our little ones needed a bathroom break.
From Hanoi, we spent two days on a junk boat in Ha Long Bay. I recommend two days as you really get to go deep into the islands and experience the beauty of this mysterious and beautiful place.
Our trip continued down to central Vietnam to Hoi An which was just gorgeous and my favorite part of the trip. Billy, our guide, was stellar!!! It was like having a friend or sibling show us the city. He was funny and took my kids and me on a grand day-long adventure, pedaling our way through the countryside and offering advice on places to eat.
In Ho Chi Minh city, our guide Larry was a hoot, keeping us laughing the entire time. He too had an impressive knowledge of the city and the history behind this area. My husband and I learned many things we did now know before. He curtailed the day tour to include areas we showed more interest in and allowed us the decision to skip site we felt our children would not enjoy/be appropriate for their age.
Finally in Cambodia, our warm-hearted and incredibly intelligent guide Seala, guided us through Angkor Wat and the water village in Cambodia. He was excellent with our children, answering all their many questions.
The guides that Asai Pioneer Travel arranged for us were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, funny, accommodating, and extraordinary. One of our children has food allergies and each guide in every city ensured his food was free from allergens and safe to eat.
The level of service provided by Lam the tour director and coordinator for our trip was superb. He went above and beyond to create a family vacation that will never be forgotten. I don’t usually write reviews but the level of service, professionalism, and true care for an exceptional experience were so great that I had to share my experience. I hope you enjoy your travels as much as we did!

Thank you for an excellent service during the planning and execution of a FIT program for a VIP client – to Mekong Delta. The program and hotel suggestion matched the need we had and client was very satisfied.
The area is very interesting and we will for sure have more clients traveling to this area.

Personalized, exceptional tour of Vietnam and Thailand.
I had an amazing time in Vietnam and Thailand in Nov 2022. The trip was originally scheduled for March of 2020 and had to be canceled only a week before I was to leave because of the pandemic. My agent, Lam, kept in contact with me and once it was safe to travel again, worked with me to reschedule. He listened to my overall vision and planned my trip accordingly. I went solo and most of my tours were private and my guides made me feel as though I was traveling around with a friend. I saw, particularly in Vietnam, a perspective that I wouldn’t have on a tour bus or in a large group – I felt like I was immersed in the people and culture in a way that one normally couldn’t be in only two weeks. That is not to say group tours are bad – I was on several which were excellent and the guides all knew my name! My guides were all friendly, knowledgeable and really seemed to care that I had everything I needed from making sure I got home safe when I was exploring on my own to making sure I remembered sunscreen, and they were constantly feeding me way too much delicious food. All the accommodations were also excellent – serene, comfortable, and in great locations. Every one of my rooms had an amazing view to wake up to. Each and every single experience on the trip was memorable! This trip exceeded all of my expectations.
