We recently returned from a last-minute tour (planned one week prior!) of Vietnam organized by an exceptional travel agent from Asia Pioneer Travel, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Annie, our travel agent, was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our trip was perfect, even on such short notice.

The tours arranged for us were outstanding. Each tour guide (Ms. Kim in Hoi An and Mr. Tuan in Hanoi) was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating insights about Vietnam’s history, culture, and traditions. Traveling with our three-year-old son could have been challenging, but the organized tours made everything seamless and stress-free.

The hotels booked for us (Palm Resort in Hoi An and the Intercontinental in Nha Trang) were both fantastic! Clean rooms and outstanding service were prevalent at both. The vehicles provided were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, which was a huge plus for our family. The drivers were professional and outstanding throughout the trip, ensuring we traveled safely and comfortably every step of the way. We routinely felt like VIP’s being shuttled from one location to the next.

Annie and her team truly made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend Asia Pioneer Travel, and Annie, to anyone looking to explore Vietnam. They made everything so easy and enjoyable—we’re already looking forward to planning our next adventure with them!
