They took us to many different tourist and non tourist places and assisted us with any inquiry that we had. We would highly recommend this company and all of the staff involved with them.

Our guide, Panida and driver, Det were not only informative but also very entertaining. They took us to many different tourist and non tourist places and assisted us with any inquiry that we had. We also learnt many more thai words from them!!! We would highly recommend this company and all of the staff involved with them.

I had never heard of this company, but they popped up in a Google search when I was looking for a solo Laos and Cambodia touring trip. I’m always a little sceptical about companies I haven’t heard of, but as they had such high reviews, I contacted them – and that was the best decision I made about the holiday.

I’ve used a lot of travel companies over the years, but this one is A* on all accounts. Cherry responded to my request, and I then dealt with her from start to finish, so she understood what I wanted out of the holiday, the types of hotels I liked and so on. It makes a huge difference dealing with just one person and not being passed from pillar to post.

After a few emails fine tuning the holiday, I had the perfect trip designed.

Cherry kept in touch leading up to the holiday, checking I had visas for example, and then during the trip WhatsApped me a couple of times to check everything was going well. It was a complex trip with 2 countries, several towns and multiple modes of transport, yet at each place there was someone to welcome me. The whole trip was as smooth as clockwork – very impressed.

Even when 2 days before I arrived in Phnom Penh and I wanted to slightly modify my tour itinerary – a quick WhatsApp message to Cherry – and it was done within minutes.

In summary, this travel company is exceptional, and Cherry extremely efficient and professional. If I travel to Asia again, I’d go straight to Asia Pioneer Travel, because I know that every little detail would be perfect. Thank you Asia Pioneer and especially thanks to Cherry!
