We worked with Chloe Tran over a period of months planning our trip. We had a tight time frame and Chloe helped us see as much of Vietnam in the time we had as possible. We enjoyed everything that she recommended. She listened to us and what kind of trip we wanted and that is exactly what we had. All the tours and tour guides were excellent. They all were able to communicate clearly in English, were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The highlights are as follows, in Hanoi the street food tour, in Ha Long Bay the beautiful scenery from the lovely boat, from Hoi An a fantastic cooking class and in Saigon a moped food tour. If you have the opportunity to go to Vietnam, do it! The people are very welcoming and the food is fantastic!

I had a very good experience with Asia Pioneer. The travel arrangements were glitches, and choice of locations Halong bay and Nha Trang were fabulous. Selected then from Tripadvisor itself, and the overall coordination, tickets, bookings, private travel was well experienced. Highly recommended.

From the very beginning, Annie (Phung) was very responsive with my emails. The trip was 100% customized to our wish list. We stayed in 5 stars hotels. Needless to say, Vietnamese cuisine is fantastic. We had so many adventures in our 11 days in Vietnam.

We had the best time in Vietnam, exploring so many places. It was our first time using a travel agency and guides. I was able to change and edit portions of the trip with our awesome travel planner, Chloe, to make it work for our family. Having a driver and guide in various areas was so great and we learned and saw so much! Highly recommend! Chloe was so kind and patient helping us and suggesting fun activities for the whole family. She also changed some meals last minute for us based on how we were feeling. I’m so grateful and would love working with her again. My kids favorite experiences were the motor bike tour and the cruise in Ha Long Bay. Chloe found us the perfect cruise too for that trip with kids, the rooms were awesome and the chef on the boat made separate meals just for our kids that they loved.

We visited Vietnam and Cambodia and Annie from Asia Pioneer Travel helped to make it a holiday full of fun, some new adventures and super stress free. From the start of organising the holiday to a quick change of itinerary when circumstances outside of anyone’s control meant one of our tours could not go ahead, Annie provided excellent service and support.
Annie put together a customised itinerary which gave us a broad experience of the areas we visited whilst still giving us time to relax and explore on our own. She understood our requirements and we had a well balanced holiday.
The tours organised by Annie had first class tour guides who were informative, had great language skills and were very helpful. We had some great conversations and learnt so much.
I would recommend Annie if you want personalised service and someone who listens to your needs rather than trying to push tours and services you don’t want or need.
