We worked with Miss Jessie Le planned our tour. We let her know about our needs and the organization planning and attention to every detail was extremely attended to, we had no problems at all. In addition, she was available 24 seven for any questions or clarifications. The guides the sites and the flexibility to accommodate our schedule were intentionally attended to. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I traveled with my 89-year-old father and we both had dietary restrictions that every attempt was made to make sure they were respected. She was all ears to our needs, requests and comments and took a thorough care of everything. The moment our group of six landed in Hà Nội our amazing Vietnamese adventure began.
