Emmy planned a perfect holiday for us. When the rain stopped us from seeing anything, she organised alternative visits, the hotels, food , people and history was quite overwhelming at times. We had the most mind blowing trip to Vietnam and Cambodia which was organised by Emmy who is amazing, she organised our trip which was to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary, we had a full action packed tour of Vietnam and Cambodia plus a Cruise which felt so private, from all our tour guides where super friendly and knowledgeable people, they all became friends rather than tour guides, we started in Hanoi where we met Emmy in person, picked up at the airport, toured Hanoi and then a mini cruise on the Halong Bay on to Hoi An & Da Nang then onto Ho Chi Minh full sightseeing was organised than onto Ben Tre to Chau Doc , onto to a speedboat to Cambodia ( Phnom Penh ) then onto Siem Reap and Angkor Wat then finally back to Hanoi for our flight home. The service I received was 2nd to none , a mind blowing experience, all tour guides spoke good English and were extremely knowledgeable. I recommend this tour company to the maximum, hotels were all 4 star and well located, we had plenty of excursions and to top it off Emmy had organised a lot of surprises for our wedding anniversary along the way.
Ms Emmy Tran of Asia Pioneer Travel designed a wonderful holiday in Vietnam for us. She was always available, always responsive, and always extremely helpful, from the time we contacted the company, until the day we left for home. She was very thoughtful about our needs. The tour itself was excellent, and well-paced. It covered a broad range of cities, sites and activities to make sure we saw the best of VIetnam within our timeframe. The drivers, tour guides, vehicles and hotels were excellent. Our Australian airline cancelled our flight on our last day, and it as great to know we had Emmy to back us up with assistance for our hotel for the extra night. She did a marvellous job and we are very grateful to have had her design our Vietnam holiday. She is an excellent Ambassador for her company.
We had 22 days of a curated trip from the top to the bottom of Vietnam designed for us specifically by Emmy Tran. What an experience! It was fantastic, we did more things then we could have on our own and every need and trip and event was catered to our wishes. We started the process with Emmy well in advance and it was only after several WhatsApp calls that she designed a visit just for us. We are an older couple and did not want to change hotels every day and spend hours on a bus just to see a place for an hour or two. Instead we were booked into hotels with 3 day stays and everyday a new set of adventures. We were met at every stop with a guide and driver and toured places filling our days with history, shows, fantastic food and great memories. Evenings were our own for exploring the area and sampling the variety of food and drink local to that place. We flew 4 times, did numerous boat adventures, ventured on every type of transportation available including an overnight train ride and a three day cruise on Lan Ha Bay, a cyclo ride, sampan boat, basket boat and riding double on a motorcycle in the city! Adventures included a full day of market shopping followed by a private cooking class, being rowed in a sampan boat on the Ngo Dong River, walking street food tours, catered lunches with special treats…just so much to experience and enjoy. WOW! The end of the trip was three days in Phu Quoc and I think we needed it just to unwind mind you one day was a snorkel trip though but the hotel was know for its relaxing atmosphere and fresh food. A great way to end the whole trip. All admission fees were covered in our package and we only paid for our evening meals and drinks.
We booked an 11-day tour of Thailand covering 3 regions with Asia Pioneer late January to early February 2026. Emmy Tran at Asia Pioneer worked out the itinerary and made all the hotel and internal travel arrangements. The itinerary was very detailed and had all the essentials precisely. All the pick-ups, drop-offs were made seamlessly and Emmy was responsive before and during the trip whenever we wanted to make changes or had questions. The tour itself was splendid, and we enjoyed our time in Bangkok, Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Phuket and Phi Phi Islands. The guides were very knowledgeable, and we learnt a lot about Thai culture. Our holiday was a tour of Vietnam starting in Hanoi and then on to Ninh Binh, Mai Chau, LAN Ha Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Tra Nhang, Mekong Delta and Ho ChinMinh City taking 22 days in total
Asia Pioneer through our Travel Manager Emmy organised all the logistics from Hanoi Airport and back finally to Ho Chi Minh airport for the return flight to Dublin.
This consisted of cars, hotels, internal flights, trains, cruise and guides.
Everything went smoothly in every leg of the journey .
The standard of the cars, hotels, cruise etc was top class and all very comfortable
The Heritage Cruise on Lan Ha Bay was a particular highlight
This included making a few changes of plan during the trip due to weather and us asking for a few changes.
There was constant WhatsApp communication from Emmy and the guides to make everything easy for us.
Vietnam itself is a stunning country with great people and great food
Our only change if we made another trip would be maybe to stay in a few less places with longer stops , top of that list would be Hoi An.

Beautifully arranged trip to Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket Thailand. Emmy, our travel advisor planned the trip with perfection which included flights, hotels and tour guides. Not a single issue. The hotels and tours were exceptional for the entire 8 day trip.
My partner and I did a trip to HaLong Bay and Sapa recently. Emmy Tran was our travel designer and did an amazing job guiding us on options, putting together a detailed plan and then checking in with us all the way along the trip. We just got back from our Vietnam trip and honestly, everything went very smoothly.
The whole itinerary was well organized and easy to follow. All the transfers and tours were on time, and we didn’t have to worry about anything once we arrived.
Our guides were all friendly, easy to talk to and caring. Special mention to our guides: Mang (Sapa), Vinh (Hoi Han), Sang (Hue) Snow (Dong Hoi) . You can tell they really know their stuff and care about what they do.
Hotels were excellent, clean, and in convenient locations.
Special thanks to Emmy, our travel designer. She kept checking in with us during the trip to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. That made a big difference and gave us peace of mind. She got out of her way to send birthday flowers 💐💕.
Overall, it was a very stress-free trip, and we had a great time. Highly recommended.
