Asia Pioneer Travel kicked off the Lunar New Year celebrations in style with an unforgettable year-end party in the breathtaking landscape of Ninh Binh. On January 24th and 25th, our team traded the bustling streets of Hanoi for the serene limestone mountains and emerald rivers of Vietnam’s premier heritage destination.
The Journey Begins
The journey began bright and early Saturday morning, as the team gathered and got ready for the scenic drive south. The three-hour journey from Hanoi to Ninh Binh was filled with anticipation, laughter, and the unmistakable energy of a team ready to unwind.

Upon arrival, we fueled up with a delicious lunch at Memory Tam Coc Restaurant—just the start of the culinary delights that awaited us.
Work Meets Play
After checking in and taking a short rest, we shifted gears into our afternoon meeting session. It was a time to look back on the milestones of the past year, celebrate our achievements, and align our vision for the exciting year ahead. The discussions were productive, the ideas inspiring, and the team spirit undeniable.
Once the meeting wrapped up, it was time to trade presentations for pedal power. The cycling tour through the mesmerizing rice fields and limestone karsts of Tam Coc was a highlight—fresh air, stunning views, and plenty of photo opportunities.
Gala Dinner: A Night to Celebrate

As the sun set, we gathered for the evening’s main event: the Gala Dinner. From 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, the atmosphere was filled with warmth, gratitude, and celebration. Good food, even better company, and heartfelt moments reminded us all why Asia Pioneer Travel is more than just a workplace—it’s a family.
Sunday Serenity in Trang An
Day two began with a hearty breakfast of bún, phở, bánh mì, and fresh juice—just the fuel we needed for a morning at the Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Gliding along the tranquil waterways, surrounded by towering cliffs and ancient caves, we experienced the very magic we share with our travelers every day.

A final lunch together at Le Jardin de Tam Coc offered one last chance to savor the flavors of Ninh Binh before we boarded the bus for the journey back to Hanoi.
Looking Ahead
As we made our way home, we carried with us not just souvenirs, but memories—of shared laughter, stunning landscapes, and the bonds that make our team so special.
At Asia Pioneer Travel, we believe that the best journeys are the ones we take together. This Year-End Party was no exception. Here’s to a successful year behind us—and an even more exciting one ahead.
