Our company’s summer trip from May 19 to 22 was an adventure-packed getaway to the stunning central coast of Vietnam, giving our team a great opportunity to explore the historic cities of Hue and Hoi An and immerse in the local way of life. Explore Hue History
Kicking things off in the historic city of Hue, we spent our first day soaking up the sites like the Khai Dinh Mausoleum and the sprawling Imperial Citadel. The citadel in particular gave us a glimpse into Vietnam’s royal past within its massive walled complex.
Discover Rural Life on Bike
On day two, we geared up for an active day of cycling from Hue to the seaside village of Thuy Bieu. The scenic rural roads wound through rice paddies and forests, providing stunning views of the Vietnamese countryside. In Thuy Bieu, we participated in a lively cooking challenge where teams collaborated to prepare local dishes. Getting to sample the fruits of our labor made for a memorable lunch experience.
Enjoy the Natural View on a Basket Boat
Our last stop was the charming town of Hoi An. We started the day with a relaxing basket boat tour through the scenic rivers and canals that surround Hoi An. Gliding through the water while taking in the natural beauty was the perfect way to see this special part of Vietnam. In the afternoon, we explored the colorful Old Town area full of historic architecture, boutiques, restaurants and cafes. The town’s well-preserved buildings and cultural sights left us with lasting impressions of this amazing region.
