APT will handle all follow-up procedures with QBE, including reporting, documentation, and communication with the insurance provider.
How Claims Are Settled
Once QBE reviews and approves the case:
- APT will first advance the compensation to affected travelers.
- QBE will then reimburse APT after verification.
- After QBE’s final approval, reimbursement is typically completed within 7 days.
